  Mars One Expedition

  you have probably heard that there is a mars expedition that is being planned in 2023 where a permanent human settlement will be established.

  people are applying for the opportunity at http://applicants.mars-one.com/.

  think about it, this might be the one chance we have to leave all the door knocker jw's behind,,,,,,.

  I don't think they'd ever go to mars anyway because GOD promised them paradise earth. They just keep sticking their foot in their mouth when they put a time limit on when it happens . Personally I don't think any human will ever go to mars . The moon landings were faked and stanley kubrick was to blame for that

  If you believe in Gods laws why dont you go live in Saudi Arabia ?

  slavery, womens inequality, anti homosexuality are obviously written in the same spirit.

  so believers why dont you go live in saudi arabia if yo u believe gods law is perfect or at the last useful ?.

  No not ignorant , I said if it were a real christian country , what happened in europe had nothing to do with jesus . I know the tyranny of the holy roman empire and the fueds between the catholics and protestants that still happen in Ireland . They were not obeying jesus commandments but wanted control over the people and resources .

  That was like the biggest fraud I've ever seen watching W pandering to the televangelist crowd . disgusting . Running around paying off the MSR to convince all their flock they need to be obedient to government because romans 13 says so . Then he says thousands of lies to get us involved with Iraq and murdering perhaps millions of them just becaus Saddam tried to assassinate GHWB. Absolutely abhorrible .

  I've heard that too , DCMS . I'm trying to get what his point is here , is he trying to say just because you believe in GOD you should live in saudi arabia ? Living under a true christian rule would be all about forgiving and praying for each other rather than having the legal tyranny we've turned into .

  That's like asking if people love gun control so much then why don't they move to canada or china or australia , answer is simple , they all think they are doing the world a favor . The moslems moving to a so called , " christian," country is because the US government offers them free education and all sorts of freebees in order to persuade them in political ways. IMO

  we all know how the wt likes to go on about how the church would prevent the common person from reading the bible, wanting to keep everyone in the dark, well, they seem to have conveniently missed out a good part of history in the process.. .

  notice how what this book on the history of literacy campaigns says on church involvement in encouraging people to read the bible seems to have been completely overlooked in wt publications:.

  in the case of sweden, a church law of 1686 required children, farm hands, and maid servants to learn to read and see with their own eyes what god bids and commands in his word.

  I agree the RCC was refusing to publish the bible for all and it was, I think ,martin luther, that stole a copy and made it available . The WTBTS claims other churches do not review the contents and are happy with the corrupted verses that were added in and thus they are the only ones with the most accurate bible . I do think the WTBTS does have some good points on the BTG dogma .

  did the wife rat you out for beating off and watching porn? I know they believe no sex in the NK, (so make a few babies if you must, but don't use sex for pleasure only) but people I don't think are expected to stop now . remember that women are only saved thru faith child bearing and sanctification.

  i started to be intrigued by the expression "exercise faith".

  it is true that james wrote that "faith without works is dead", meaning that faith must be more than just an inner feeling or an oral statement; it must be evidenced by works.

  I think when jesus talked about judgement day and said he would ask those seeking salvation , did you feed , cloth or visit one of his brothers in jail and depending on the answer you either were saved or sent to damnation means there are works involved . The apostle Paul said to do the work of an evangelizer or incite one another to fine works . Grace comes from God only if you actually are doing his will not if you are sitting around doing nothing . The story of the FDS also shows that they are doing fine works so gets appointed over jesus belongings . What makes me really sick are those churches that think you owe them 10% and most believe they don't even have to be a missionary or help spread the gospel personally . Paying others to do a job all are supposed to be involved in is a joke .

  I believe christianity to be a works based religion . Jesus himself worked very hard to show that he was sent from GOD , he preached and performed miracles and instructed his followers Go out in the world and preach the good news to all the earth converting a baptizing .I don't have a problem with term ,exicersizing faith . Jesus and the apostles never instructed anyone to stand idly by and wait but to actually jump in and share in the church activities .
