Today just about every charlatan in the world makes a lot of money off conning people , the catholic church is the wealthiest entity in the world , capable of ending world hunger but will tell it's members to do without instead , a nice little racket where you have to give them money to get to heaven . If the romans invented Jesus they sorely regretted it because the Christians refused Caesar worship and joining the debauchery that was in Rome to the point Ner0 burned down Rome and blamed the Christians .

I think the point is that GOD makes them do it , it may be because the catholics and protestant still have serious problems in Irland that they decide both are terrorists , it shows that really only the men of commerce bewail their oportunity to make wealth off of all the crap involved with the churches . I think when the NWO does raise it's beastly head that they will try one world religion with the one world government .

that is a good question since in recent publications the WTBTS does not spend time explaining that , when they were an NGO they agreed not to attack other religions and get along . Personally I would accept the demise of the catholic church fullfillment since they are a nation state under the vatican so if they no longer recognize it as a nation state and start prosecuting for all the corruption , good bye ye old whore ...

prologos - I do agree women are not responsible for anything associated with the preaching work , the heavenly reward is for those that conquer the world by declaring the good news , the plight of an LF is a difficult one , they have to sell all their belongings ,if one can remain single it's easier to acheive the reward because being married only divides ones interests . I know the WTBTS says women are included but personally with all the restrictions put on them by the apostle paul doesn't seem likely at all . The way I interpret the part in revelation where it says they do not defile themselves with women it means they give up sexual apetite making themselves eunich as jesus said earlier to the deciples , many would make themselve eunich on account of the kingdom , it goes back to the angels rebelling and marrying women in noahs day . The angels are always mentioned in a masculine sense , when the take on human form they are men , in the bible ...

I will agree that the WTBTS uses the 2 fold of sheep in the wrong way , when jesus said it he was talking about the gentiles being allowed the same as the jews not GC and LF . According to the judaic belief gentiles were second class , I still think the GC are a different group as the bible tells they win the battle with the beast and then jesus wipes the tears from their eyes whenever he arrives after the great day of God almighty. The LF are all dead and resurrected to rule for the millenial reign in the kingdom , which is the city of new jerusalem in heaven , just call it head quarters if you will . Many are called and few are chosen , I believe the LF to be all men since the apostle paul stated that women would merely be saved through , faith , child bearing and sanctification provided they have a soundness of mind . To me being saved is not the same as receiving the reward in heaven . there's more to it but basically the way I see it .

Good time for R&F to preemptively question GB validity
by irondork inwith the new light in the july 15 watchtower, now might be the perfect time for rank and file members to question wether or not the big boys are who they say they are.
in light of the fact that the men who claim to be the sole channel of communication for all mankind could not even grasp their own identity for the last 100 years, wouldn't now be a good time to turn the tables on the elders who are so quick to drag a questioning dub to the back room and demand loyalty to the governing body?.
wouldn't now be a good time to put the july 15 watchtower in the middle of the table and ask to see the credentials on these men without fear of being suspected of apostacy?

just another damge control move . legal liability move . Obviously not all in the religion that partake at the memorial are anointed and they are aware of the , "apostate directive", I'm sure there are some spys on the web . Plenty around here just go to the memorial to make a spectacle of themselves and are not sincere . Waiting to see what else they change since now they can't insist on obedience and pretend to be pious anymore , It is obvious to me that none of them died the way a LF should , they don't get to survive armageddon and are imprisoned and killed by the world governments, I know they were saying the tribulation started in 1914 but has not reached it's climax , there is war and famine everywhere , I believe the lamb beast is on the rise also known as the NWO. I have noticed them clinging to romans 13 just like the main stream where as before they said the world ended invisibly when christ sat on the throne in heaven thus leaving the governments powerless over GODs people .

Their explanation for that heyfea is that the first resurrection is for the saints , it's not talking about a rapture ,that people can meet the lord in the air while standing on terra firma . of course they may have changed that one too . The apostle Paul is clearly talking about humans being alive and we know the only ones that survive the GT and the day of GODS rath are the GC .

seems like this thread is going better than the others .. yah so now they found yet another great crowd to make promises too , just becuse they don't take the bread and wine on NISAN 14 doesn't mean they are the great crowd , the GC has to endure until the end through all the trials and tribulations and then survive the day of GODs anger , no mark of the beast as of yet but who knows when that happens , the lamb beast is on the rise IMO otherwise known as the NWO , I just wonder how many times the org. has encouraged false expectations only to accuse the R&F of being at fault , sounds like something the evil slave would do .

I've even heard the then president of the WTBTS say he planned to just walk out of this world as with the GC promise but that's not what it's about for the LF, I think he died of cancer someone said awhile back . The bible is clear to me on the LF having to die and be resurrected a spirit like jesus , the difference is there is no time spent in the grave and the twinkling of an eye is the duration they know death during the time of the end , the GC are the only ones promised to never know death at all . IMO

Questions Regarding the New Light on the FDS
by Ding init's my understanding that the old light regarding the faithful and discreet slave was that in 1918-1919 jesus appointed the faithful and discreet slave over all his house.. but under the new light, it's a two-stage process.. now the "truth" is that in 1919 jesus appointed the governing body to provide spiritual food in due season and the gb will only be placed in authority over his domestics during the great tribulation.. all of this is wt nonsense, but in order to get jws who believe this stuff to think about the implications, my questions are:.
1. what will the future appointment authorize the governing body to do that is not yet authorized?.
2. since under the old light the governing body has wrongly believed they have had this authority since 1919, doesn't this mean they have been wrongly exercising authority that jesus hasn't yet given them?.

I'm marking this one as well , some long timers will probably show up ... looking forward to blondie posting . I guess we can't call them them the governing body anymore since they claim now not to have the appointment to govern ... this must have to do with law suits and people using the society for legal reasons , ohh the religious leaders said this or that , seems like a dodge of liability to me .
