i believe it is mostly guilt.

many witnesses pioneer or "reach out" in the religion because they feel guilty.. they may feel they aren't doing enough.

they may have secretly "sinned" against rules imposed by the organization.

Fear of displeasing Jah = death! Not having that fear anymore is an amazing feeling, even though I'm technically 'in' so to speak, my brain is free. I wake up every day not worrying about falling through a giant crack in the earth while chunks of concrete fall on top of me. (gotta love those illustrations)

notice how they repeatedly stress that the proceedings are not a trial or legal proceeding?

is this their way of putting out their position so that they have a legal defense against challenges of those disfellowshipped?

Why would those douche bags stress something that is plainly obvious...Clearly it's not a legal proceeding as they are not elected / appointed judges or lawyers in a court of law. I swear everyone in this cult takes f%$#@ing crazy pills.

Was this a serious question? I don't ever recall seeing any kind of church etc with an on-site grave yard. Why in the world would this ever be considered? Maybe I'm wrong...or maybe this is common in your country (if you're outside the U.S.) Just seemed like a weird question. Maybe I need another cup of coffee...

prologos to answer your question ea team has a cap...they can only spend so much for top talent. Actually many of the difference makers were NFL cast offs who were low draft picks and / or undrafted free agents.
