Steve Lett, now on Governing Body, was a partaker by 1969,,he would have been 20/21.
Nice to know the members of the GB are even more mentally deranged than originally thought.
it appears to me that even in the few months that i have been here there is less and less emphasis on jehovah's witnesses and anything remotely related to jws and more very poor posts about politics, foreign affairs and celebrities.
i can't omit the juvenile sex ones, which i find lacking in erotic nature.
it seems the 6th grade boys are meeting in the locker room.. the posts that involve jws have a very different tone from the drivel posted on others.
i admit it----i plan on getting up at 4:00 freaking am to watch it.
i remember getting up around that time 30 years ago .
anyone else plan on watching it?.
my wife said to me last night....im done...im not going back to a kh.
i have to say that the wt did it all for me.
and the program at this last circuit assembly: ...not part of the world was the final nail in the coffin.
i've posted several times over the past 6 months about my daughter, ali's severe heart failure due to a virus.
it has been a roller coaster ride.
recently her leads from her pacemaker and defibrilator became displaced due to strong coughing due to bronchitis.
with my french press.. *warning* if fluff topics make you gag and expose your superority complex then this topic is not for you...move along.
a few months ago i got a little french press from a thrift shop but i never used it.
last weekend i went to visit a good friend for a few days and i got my chance to use my little french press because my dear friend doesn't have a coffee maker which is kinda strange cuz he loves coffee just as much as i. .

i am catching up on this july 15th study watchtower everyone is talking about.
it's perhaps a bit more intense in its vitriol than has been published in the watchtower in a long while (since the early 1980s apostate witch hunt) but it's stuff we've all heard before, even down to comparing apostasy to an illness and calling apostates mentally diseased.. but the phrase that stuck out for me was this:.
they may arise from within the congregation.
Absolutely! I loved it with my heart and soul - I loved the organization more than I loved God. My uncles went to prison during WWII for this organization. My aunts never married and devoted their entire lives to missonary work after graduating from some of the first classes of Gilied. I knew Knorr and Franz on a first name basis (Nathan came to our house many times when I was little) and one aunt is married to Joel Adams. I read "Faith on the March" more times than I can remember - and I was proud and honored to be associatiated with that organization. I volunteered at Patterson every May picking strawberries, thinking it was such an honor to do that.
I absolutely loved the WBTS - and I believed in everything they said.
ok before i start i know my mum was um "special" and had some, well...... bizzare training ideas.. .
i was one of 7 kids, dad didnt help much coz he was sick, so my mum was left to run the 'ship' and she did it with an iron fist.. .
