  Spanish - Anyone? Need some Help....

  my husband has a new co-worker that has struck up conversation with him regarding jws.. she is a jw and knows he's a christian and is trying to talk with him.

  no problem right?

  my husband and i have been ministering to jws for 7 years now and this shouldn't be a problem-- .

  how do witnesses view aa meetings and aca meetings?

  are they ok with the 12 steps?

  the reason i am asking is because i think it might be beneficial for my jw-wife to attend some aca meetings but i'm unsure of how "anti-aa" the witnesses are.. also, if anyone care to make any comments re aca meetings, i'm all ears.

  You are right granny,People will do what they want to do no matter what.I guess sometimes it is easier to blame AA for my divorce,he would of screwed around regardless.

  I went to some Alanon meetings.They helped me in realising that it was not my fault that my husband went back to drinking and also that my father's drinking was no reflection on me or my mother.After awhile I felt I did'nt need to go...it became depressing hearing some of the horror stories from the other women.

  My recovery involves, reading the bible and praying.I also enjoy gardening,photography and traveling.I have a great boyfriend.I believe the divorce and the crap i went through just made me stronger.

  When I run into my husband now, I am very nice to him (I think it makes him feel guilty) I just think of him as spirtually sick.It takes too much of my energy to feel angry..i only hurt myself.

  what do you all do with your free time now guys..like hobbies and what not..like you pioneers there is 75 hrs you have to play around with if you know what i mean not to mention meetings and bible studying etc.

  Queenie, May I suggest you invest in a monkey.They are easier to train than a man.They don't hog the remote.They don't eat much.They don't leave the seat up and they don't complain when you spend alot of time on the phone.

  i feel a bit shy about posting after being away for so long, but when i think of people who appreciate breasts, i think of jw.com.

  so, i interrupt my jw.com sabbatical to offer breast connoisseurs and aficionados an opportunity to preserve healthy, perky breasts to time indefinite.

  this spring i began working at a marina, and this summer my son and i have been learning to sail.

  It's called FREEWILL.What a great way for God to weed out the evil.In the end he is going to make everything right.He will wipe every tear from every eye including the animals.Just read the bible and you will find out how great everything really is.Oh yeah and Pray.

  To me it was another cult. Maybe i feel bitter towards AA because I found out that (at least the one my husband went to)there was alot of people hooking up together (married people)My husband being one hooked up with some ....ummm...I must be nice....Skanky chick that apparently did everyone there.Needless to say i am no longer married.

  I agree with you Undisfellowshipped. I really beleive that religion is where Satan does his best work.I believe when God said "beware of false prophits he meant religion."When I read the bible and pray I feel closer to God and more at peace than I ever have.
