  the wts evidently made a lame apology about the 1975 blunder in a watchtower magazine.

  does anyone have a scan of that?.

  ever wondered how much an average jw who preaches 10 hours a month, spends on jw activities in a year?.

  I was told off twice for what I wore to Bethel....so the Hell with them!

  the first time i went to australia bethel during a holiday, we pioneer boys put on our best "going out" clothes, no ties just very smart, well groomed and neat.

  the sister we stayed with said: "oh no you can't wear those clothes, you have to dress in meeting clothes!

  " so we did, realizing we had shamed ourselves and our god.

  the teachings and practices of the society have changed greatly under five respective leaders.russell, (lets not forget barbour,he was the one who published the 1914 date in july 1877,in the book "three worlds,page 83.

  " it has been a central teaching of the wt.society since then.

  )rutherford,knorr,fred w.franz and now henschel.most wt.publications over 10 yrs.old are outdated and are no longer used.the beliefs that "prove"they are the only true religion are different from their beliefs of fifty yrs.ago.however,the truth will not and cannot change.do you think we can expect the dates 1914 and 1935 to change because of running out of time?i realize that in spite of the changes,they expect members to be in complete agreement with their teachings and to be in complete obedience to the organization.blueblades.

  Hi mary - right on!

  These two dates ran out long ago.....in 1914 and in 1935. However, there is virtually no chance that the GB will ever get rid of these dates, because without them, they would

  a) no longer have any "validation" to their being "appointed" by God in 1919 to be the F&DS Class, and

  b) without the "closing" date of 1935 for the 144,000 this would mean that tens of thousands more might start professing to be of the "annoying".....I mean "annointed" class. And nothing is more irritating to these old goats than yunguns not remembering their proper place in the Borg.....

  Both dates are pure bullshit and they know it. But since when did that ever stop them from promoting?

  Quite possible - but the very fact that the Bethell artists changed the background surrounding the original Stern- Pascale image shows that the WTS must have had some kind of photo editing software then. Maybe Kurt bethell would like to fill us in here.

  I think it is an ear. It looks like the Bethell artist took Pascals ear and photoshopped it to fit on the other woman. You can see the ear canal still intact. The resulting ear looks very much like the spok ear above it.

  I hope that Tom Cabeen sees this. Hey Tom, never mind Qtips at armageddon when you can have double eared ladies in paradise

  Watchtower jests iare carefully inserted into the Watchtower artwork by highly skilled WT atists. The intents of the WT artist are very devious

  It took me several years to find this jest as it is so cafefully hidden. Maybe I come back tommorrow and reveal it??
