Did You Ever Think That The Demons Were After You?
by minimus ini know so many jws that love to think satan and his demons are after them.
if they were being "persecuted", it was because of the devil and his demons.
if they got an ache or pain, it was because satan was trying to "discourage" them.......did you think the demons were trying to get you, too?

The watchtower says demons have me in their sight
Evil demons to the left of me evil demons to the right
The watchtower frightened me to within an inch of my life
The tension so thick you could cut it with a knife
I do not believe the horrible prophetic words they spoke
I am finally free from this religions mirrors and smoke

yes you did you get math wrong. you need to divide 700,000,000,000.00 $ (bailout package) by 6,000,000,000 (world population = 6 billion)you would get about 116.00 $ each
a more interesting # is the 700 billion divided by the us population (301621157)
that equates to over 23000.00 $ for every man, women and child in the US

How do you answer "you research just to criticize"?
by undercover inminimus' thread about research got me to thinking about a friend who recently accused me of researching just to purposely find something wrong so i could justify my actions (of becoming inactive).. how would you answer this?.

use these two bible verses, if they still object to you examining and researching the scriptures it is evident that they are not imparting truth.
Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good;
Bible quote, Apostle Paul, 1 Thessalonians 5: 21Bible quote, John 8:32: The truth shall make you free.

I think the test is flawed. I took it again and this time i made sure that everything i chose was counter Jwie. no god, , no satan, ok to divorce , abortion etc it actually ranked my Jw score much higher than my original test

This may have been the first scandal , the fact that russell was not the first presidebt of the watchtower.
The Proclaimer's Book, page 576: "...Zion's Watch Tower Tract Society was formed on Feb. 16, 1881, with W.H. Conley as president and C.T. Russell as secretary and treasurer....In 1884, Zion Watch Tower Tract Socity was legally incorporated, with C.T. Russell as president."
Not only is Conley no longer president, but he's not an officer nor a director. Moreover, there are only 3 references about him in the pages of Zion's Watch Tower, none acknowledging his previous rank!
