23hey everyone.....been a while just wanted to introduce myself again
by Jesika inwell, i have been a memeber for a while.
thought the site was gone.. nice to see its still up and running.. learned alot here.. to summerize..........born into the jdub......got df'd at 15.... (am 34 now)on purpose (was molested by my uncle, so wanted out, saw the bs of covering that kind of thing up at an early age),.
dad was an elder, grandad was a po, etc.. left home after being df'd..........ran away....never to return....had a hard time learning how the " world" really was.. anyways......just glad to see this board is still around........just wanted to extend myself to anyone who needs to talk about abuse or the difficulty of "getting out".

My wife's out and we're very happy
by 10p ini feel a bit guilty.
people on this forum were very friendly and helpful to me when i was in the in-between phase between brainwashing and freedom.. i also got a lot of help and advice and sympathy when i was trying to get my wife out.. but when she did leave, i forgot all about you guys, and we got on with our lives, and have never been happier.
honestly, life is soooo damn good now, i worry i might have reached the peak and things will only get worse from here.. we are amazed at how much our children enjoy birthdays and christmas - how healthy, normal and fun these things are.

Any JWs who did NOT refuse BLOOD transfusion?
by JWdaughter ini have never heard of one.. the key word here for me is "minor".......mature or not.......the law would still see them as a minor and couldn't override the parents decision for fear of lawsuits or worse.. like i said............i have never heard of one.

Simon on the conference call Saturday August 16?
by kool aid man06 insimon, the administrator of jwd, private mailed me, saying he is going to try to come on our live conference call this saturday night.. in view of the current news concerning jwd we have set aside a special conference call.
the program will be devoted to the efforts and accomplishments of this most popular site.
many from this board will be coming on and giving us their "spin" on how jwd effected their lives.if you would like to come on the call and tell us what jwd has done for you, by all means be our guest.

Demonstrators at Bethel
by Yizuman inhad any of you seen any demonstrators at bethel when you worked there?
i am curious as to what any of you thought of them when you seen them holding signs and passing out pamphlets to jws as they were all walking by.
if any had seen them, did they have any impact on your life in any way?

what angers you about the truth
by stillajwexelder inthis angers me .
elders who will not make shepherding calls to comfort their brothers and sisters but as soon as that brother or sister puts one little foot out of line those same f-----g (sorry about the language but it really angers me ) elders can not move fast enough to form a judicial committee and then are so unmerciful - it makes me want to vomit literally

Update on............Teacher sexually assulted me................
by Jesika inwell...........i had my cell phone stolen so the guy who was doing the investigating couldn't get ahold of me.
i had no idea he was having to travel over an hour away..........and i missed school cause i just needed some time to myself.. anyways..........the director of my school talked to me and said since my letter.........or statement..........was so detailed and exact that he didn't need to talk to me directly.......the letter was enough.. from what i can tell..........my instructor didn't deny the alligation.. as of today.......he is fired and we have a new instructor.. i met the new guy today.........he seems nice.. my ex-instructor still has my cell #..........he used to call us when we missed school or did really bad on a test.......so if he calls..............i will take it to the next level and file with the cops.. all in all...........i feel good about standing up for myself and making it safer for other female students.. .

my posting days on xjw sites are over.. thanks to everybody for making this place so vibrant, informative and at times invigorating.
an special thanks of course to simon and angharad, of whom too many expected too much and who, despite our differing viewpoints at times, have been trustworthy friends to me.
