i posted a thread about sending a letter to my jw best friend yesterday i think.

while doing that, i thought about a friend of mine who i went to school with, and we were already friends, but she saw me give my english teacher the "school brochure".

after i left the portiable, she asked me if i was a jw.

i posted about writting this letter a while ago, but i just got the nerve to actually write it...........so here it is................what do you all think??????

for those of you who don't know, we were friends since i was about 5-6 and untill i was df'd at 15.

Nice to meet you.

I thank you for your concern. I wrote the letter mainly for ME, not her. I know what the causes may be ,but you never know.

I have been out for about 12yrs and am used to the way the JW mentality is. I say I wrote the letter mainly for ME, and I do mean that, I have wanted to say those words for over a decade, and now I have.

Whether I send the letter or not is up to me, but I have a sense of closure in just writting it down.

I wrote a letter to my father a while back and still haven't sent it, but I feel ok about it, I wrote it for ME not him.

I do thank you for your concern and love you for taking the time to care enough about me even though you don't even know me.

As a child and even now I don't like to read books, due to reading hurts my eyes and gives me a headache (I have insurance now so I will be getting glasses FINALLY).

Anyways, the books that I LOVED were the Ms. Piggle Wiggle books. If you have never read one, even as an adult you would LOVE them.

I can't explain the books, but I must say Ms. Piggle Wiggle has some very creative ways of "fixing" childhood problems or habits.

I am 5ft even, but I wear platform shoes all the time so noone can tell I am THAT short.....LOL
