Sunshine---------- Dr. Phil is a say it like it is theripist. I don't like talk shows much anymore, but enjoy watching him. He is great. You can watch him on Tuesdays( or is it Wednesdays) on Oprah. I am glad to see he will have his own show, he needs it. I would love to be there to see why he is choosing to have this topic. He is very helpful to many people and going might not only expose the WT but may be a healing experience.

I think that you should still go or at least put Bill in touch with them. Since he has been df'd for no reason.They are trying to control him and what he is saying. This is an effort to prove to all JW's that he is an apostate so they will turn a blind eye and deaf ear to anything he has to say. The loss of family is what we all lose in deciding to leave whether we are df'd or not. I think you should still go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you love people more now that you're out?

since i've left the borg, i find myself loving other humans more.
like all the little children being abducted, the miners trapped in the mine last week, the victims of car accidents that i pass on the road, a woman crying in the car next to me while waiting for the green light, the homeless that i see every weekend at a local soup kitchen where i volunteer, etc.

I just emailed and called Bill. I gave him your email address and told him to contact you. I am amazed you got through and Bill had been talking about wanting to be on Oprah. He will contact you soon I hope. He is usually really good about that. If not today than usually he will get back the day after. I hope I wasn't out of line, but when I was in Minnesota for the press conference with Heidi Meyer, Bill was there and we had a few hours of just talking and Oprah was one of the things I remember him talking about. I will email you privately to explain why I am soooooooooooo suprised you got through.

Update: My Uncle's funeral

i can count 5 witnesses...only 5, that offered any sort of comfort to me.
those are the ones that i know really love(d) me.

I am very sorry for how your parents treated you. I know you were expecting it, but it still hurts. Your aunt is a very kind and understanding person and that is nice to have. I can relate to the "might make them feel uncomfortable". My father invited me for lunch (he is still a witness) with his new wife (he had an affair with a married sis in the same cong). Well, later he called me and said his new wife's mother ( a witness also) might come and I would have to sit on the other end of the table so I wouldn't make her uncomfortable being too close to me. I went anyways and she didn't show up, but if she did I would have sat right next to her and if I was asked to move I would have cussed him out and left, but that is just how I react. Probably not the best thing to do, but they are just as wrong for treating people they "love" that way.
Sorry for your loss and the way your family (the witness ones) acted. We all love you here and will be here for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I vote for #4. I like facial hair, my boyfriend has a facial hair. I think some look good with and others without. I still vote #4 judging from your pics.
