Fading fast and not sure how to proceed with the JW relatives...
by 2pink infirstly, my apologies for all the posts i've written over the past few weeks asking for help with all the issues that come with leaving the wt.
i realize i am all "take" and no "give" at this point, but i'll pay it forward at some later date, i promise!
so, as the title of this thread suggests, i'm fading fast....more disappearing than fading really.

Letting my hair down.........
by angel eyes inwell today for the first time ive felt i can finally let my hair down and laugh and joke with you guys.....yup....you shall see the funny mad side of me too, that way you'll know im human (not a vampire) lol...... thanks guys......today was a huge turning point for me :) and im happy, real happy...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK...!
by iknowall558 ini need some help /advice.......think i'm finally starting to go crazy..... .
within a year...we've come out of org and lost all our friends...... we get shunned by all along with family members .... we have moved house....... and my youngest son ,7yrs, had to be taken out of his school because he couldn't cope with the shunning of me and his dad....... and recently i lost my husband, and my kids have lost their dad....he walked out on us 6weeks ago.. .
my friends....fellow apostates, have been invaluable to me and have been there from the word go.....i love them all so much... but lately, after doing so well and coping admirably considering.........he texted me tonight to say that ....some of my friends "have more than one face and would have me believe they only have my best interests at heart all of the time.

I'm sorry but I didn't see anyone comment on the fact that you are not taking the prozac you were prescribed... Please go back on them, realise it takes 6-8 weeks for them to reach their full efficacy. You will be much more able to manage things!

Can you Believe Some of the New Posters on Here?
by lifelong humanist inin life, i usually trust new people, at least on face value, until i discover otherwise.
yet, my normal belief system is now in doubt.
i've just replied to a thread started by 'goldensky' - an alleged spanish lady with lots of history as an extremely devout jw in spain.

I agree completely with Mr. Flipper's post, and I too have noticed a "gang mentality" and a complete suspicion of anyone new... As a non-dub, I pretty much take people at face-value unless they give me definitive reason not to believe them... but then I've never experienced what all of you have.
