eugene, oregon (reuters) -- tv hardly gets much better than this.. an oregon man discovered earlier this month that his year-old toshiba corporation flat-screen tv was emitting an international distress signal picked up by a satellite, leading a search and rescue operation to his apartment in corvallis, oregon, 70 miles south of portland.. the signal from chris van rossmann's tv was routed by satellite to the air force rescue center at langley air base in virginia.. on october 2, the 20 year-old college student was visited at his apartment in the small university town by a contingent of local police, civil air patrol and search and rescue personnel.. "they'd never seen signal come that strong from a home appliance," said van rossmann.

Holy Cow Valis--- you wash that hair? First, that's a problem for the Department of the Interior... those 'dreads have to house an endangered species or two. Second, the run-off must violate some kind of enviromental standards............

I would guess that the real estate is just too valuable to stay... or the building needs some work or renovations and the equity is set to offset the new building...
Hell- maybe the whole Hall went 'apostate and they just don't need it?
Looks like it would make a fine lil strip club or redneck bar...what's the zoning?

Australia--- our cold, wet, early fall is likely their cold, wet, late spring........ but a lot of that continent is warm and coastal. The flight down would burn up a lot of time, and one week just wouldnt be enough.
I really don't wanna go to work tommorrow... someone put their hand on my forhead... do I feel warm?
