We have examined the wt and found it lacking. Therefore, we have moved on to look at or not look at other places for guidance. An apostate in the dictionary means one who has left their religion, faith, or political party. Most of us did that to become a witless, so now we are called it as an identity they like to label us! As a JW Did you Feel you Could Fully Trust the Elders ?

or should i say i was conditioned to feel that " i should " trust the elders.
as jehovah's witnesses we were all told the elders were " crags in a waterless country " who would be a " spiritual stronghold " for us.

No, not me called into the backroom. My ex an elder had to counsel me about my mouth which has always gotten me into trouble. This time making a joke about a friends meeting attendance while she was taking training classes to work for United Airlines and had missed so many meetings I said "Oh are you and interested person when I saw her come in the door, she got really affended, so he had to get me back in line!" I bet sometimes they really enjoyed the power of it all. He had plenty of time in the backroom early in his jw time for trying to keep the magazine records straight. The elders liked to go into the closet to pass out mags for fs on Sats. They couldn't understand the correct procedures. This was when he was a MS. Oh those days were so weird, wish we had left then. We were still young.

Love the bitch juice, those malt beverages in bottles, especially the peach tastes real yummy. But if I want a real drink Kentucky bourbon or a Canadian blend like VO over ice, love the really smooth ones.

I can usually be happy in whatever situation I am in. When I was a kid my parents divorced, I lived with my mom, happy. I got older was a hippie in the late 60's early 70's that made me really happy. Got married at 24 to a wonderful person, again happy. Started a bible study at 25 wanted to stop but kept it up okay semi-happy for thirty years. Found out some of the lies didn't want to believe it. Left in 2005 not real happy about all discovery of even more lies made me heart sick. Divorced in 2008 still not happy about that situation but will get over it. I am a strong woman who will move through this situation, too. I have a mind that I can use and have really been able to express myself on here without feeling like I need to be censored. Will try not to hurt anyones feelings, but the biggest thing I learned from the witnessess is that I am imperfect and make mistakes. So sorry to anyone I've hurt by telling my story.

Did You See Joaquin Phoenix On Letterman???

this is either a gag or phoenix is just like his other brother river who died from drugs.. what a contrast between that interview and craig fergerson and robin williams on last week.

How in the world could he forget Gwyneth Paltrow was his love interest in the movie? Doesn't everyone love her? He got bleaped when he yelled across at Paul Shaffer for laughing at him. I loved the last thing Dave said to him "I'm sorry you couldn't be here tonight." I love Dave for really trying with him.
