  cain was sent away after killing his brother and then marries a woman,right?

  and this woman turned out to be another child that adam and eve had,right?

  so its not ok to kill your brother but its alright to marry your sister...do you imagine your father telling you that in this day and age..."look son you killed your brother,thats not good but go away and settle down with ya sister.

  stupid hypocritical thinking

  so with the watchtower on sunday, and the no3 talk last night - it got me thinking.

  both the watchtower and by default the talk last night spoke about how "christians" view life on earth as transitory, and waiting for their reward in heaven.

  the tone was "how stupid are they".

  What nearly one year of dating has taught me

  for those of you who doesn't care about my dating life can stop reading here...some of you knows a little bit since before and might want to have an update.

  i've learned that there are a lot of players out there and that i may be one of those girls who easily fall for these types, unfortunately - not anymore though!i've learned that when a guy says, talk to you later, don't reply to your sms/text within 1-2 days, never calls you, doesn't suggest going to the movies or watching a football game together, only calls you drunk saturday nights, etc etc isn't interested in you, at all (except for perhaps one thing, and one thing only).i've learned that guys can be very cowardly when it comes to be honest abt their feelings and intentions (not all though) - mr. doe is perfect as we all knowi've learned that i'd rather stay single than being with the wrong personi've got to know myself better and know what i don't want!

  !however, all in all, this year as a happy single and non jw has been a great experience for me.

  Thanks for your post. As I said, I think I've learned the lesson not to fall for wrong guys but as I also said it's been a good experience for me. With players I mean guys who are not honest about their intentions. They would save a lot of heart ache if they'd have the guts to be more open and honest. I'd rather hear the blunt truth than being ignored. Ignoring isn't nice.

  Honey, you said it sooo well. Thanks! I totally agree with every word.

  The dating rules withing the org is so screwed. I didn't know my husband enough and our sexlife was a disaster. I thought there was something wrong with me who couldn't enjoy sex etc. Now I know, thank god, that I'm perfectly normal in that area. It was just that we were so incompatible, which of course you can't know if you're not aloud to try.

  So happy that we're free to follow our hearts.
