imagine if god gave the gb the authority to rule the whole earth and everyone in it, right now, the same way they govern jw's, what the heck would that be like?.

after the temporary euphoria wore off (should last a good two minutes or so), the gb (or whatever they're calling themselves now) would have much to do.

Feel like I am going to explode

too much reading this weekend i think..... my blood is boiling between the two books.

the mental part is disturbing me greatly about the truths in brainwashing and cultism, and coc is infuriating me about the whole attitude of the jw org.. i cannot stop thinking of my family who i have not talked to in 6 months.

not a single word....i keep thinking of how and when it would be right and the best way to talk to them.

I would put all the books aside for a few days and slowly absorb and consider the emotions its putting you through. Think more deeply into, not the results of the cults, but why people succumb. What is in a person's nature that causes them to need the cult initially, and then, why do they stay on? They could walk away at any time, but they don't. Examine the sides of the issue that are silent or perhpas not being presented. Cults are never 100% at fault.

we've seen this, or have heard of it..... a tragic death happens - often it's even caused by watchtower edicts, like shunning or "no blood" policy.... and the brainwashed - or brain-dead - witnesses resort to yammering watchtower propaganda - "at least he/she died before 'armageddon', so maybe he'll / she'll have a chance at being 'resurrected'...".

we've all seen the insane level of hypocrisy within the watchtower society... i've several examples in mind, wherein the witness parent shunned a witness child, leading to the child's suicide or indirectly to his/her death, and then the witness - make that witless - parent stands there at the funeral mouthing that "at least he/she died before 'armageddon', so maybe he'll / she'll have a chance at being 'resurrected'..." line of b.s.

..... what can one say to block that self-congratulatory blather??

The Altar is Under The Compass (Compass and Square)

exodus 38. in the first verse the altar is described as "five cubits in length and breadth".... "it was foursquare".

in verse 4 "he made for the altar a brasen grate of network under the compass thereof".

seems to describe a compass and square, does it not?

The Mark of The Beast

the bible says that there will come a time when people everywhere around the globe will be forced to get the mark of the beast to be able to buy or sell.

so those not accepting the mark will get it difficult to even buy food.. and it puts under compulsion all persons, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the slaves, that they should give these a mark in their right hand or upon their forehead,17and that nobody might be able to buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name.18here is where wisdom comes in: let the one that has intelligence calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a mans number; and its number is six hundred and sixty-six.

-revelation 13:16-18. as beasts symbolises political powers in the bible, so this beast here will be a new political power having power over all the globe.

Mark of the beast has more than one meaning. It has already been in use for quite some time. Instead of worrying about a chip...maybe you should be thinking of what your alternative will be for survival if you do not go along with the agenda. How will you get by when you can no longer trade in commerce? Will you be coerced into going along, feeling you have no other choice? That's what many faders do when it comes to religion. That's just an example. If you don't find your way out, you will acquiesce to it by remaining part of it. Silence and pretending still makes you supportive.
