while you are sitting there reading this, there are literally hundreds of thousands of young males and females all over the world [ mostly in america / canada and england] sitting in their grotty little smelly bedrooms or flats, designing computer viruses that they will up-load onto web-sites to cause anonymous innocent peoples computers to malfunction.
these creeps spend literally weeks,months or even years hoping to make a computer viruses that will get into peoples computer bios to completely destroy their computers.
they never see the peoples anger, frustration and distress.... the damage can cost each person about 1,000 [ $1,660.74 ] or more to replace a basic new laptop or tower.
when people willfully believe something without evidence, or contrary to evidence, are they neglecting thier moral responsibility?
so many people say faith is a virtue but i just can't comprehend why anyone would think that.

Trust me, I am not trying to wizzle my way out. I just want to learn. Moral reasoning, aims at reflecting and expanding on our moral, to bring them up to date with the complexity of the environment.
Logic is a method of verifying with high degree of certainty whether an argument constitutes a proof. With morality though, their is no such method, and people all the time make moral decisions that can be called into question by other moral arguments and are not logical.
But yes, morality has something to do with logic, but it is not logic “all the way down,” it is anchored by certain contingent facts about humanity and so forth.
And the ‘reasoning’ we use to think about morality doesn’t necessary resemble logical.
No problem, I'll leave it at that. I have no more arguments.

I still think that morals are a product of reason and survival. We don't have a sense of right, wrong or justice, we developed them within culture and society. And adjust them to ensure survival.
Reason and logic are two different concepts. The only similarity between reasoning and logic is that they both are types of thinking. Otherwise they are just the opposite.
Reason is subject to personal opinion, whereas logic is an actual science that follows clearly defined rules and tests for critical thinking.

I agreed, but is thru reason. I know that many situations can lead you to accept a choice using logic instead of reason. But I think morals is a product reason/survival.

i am now an athiest myself, but i think being an athiest its a bit like having a faith.
some get very hooked on it and "preash" others (like me) simply get with with there lifes.
i am sure that some athiests like to have discussions about the non existence of " god" in a similar way that "thisists" do about the existence of god.

at the time i'd become disillusioned with the society due to the governing body's letter explaining why the book study in private homes was being abolished.
april 2008 saw me start questioning this decision, privately of course, and this eventually led me to this site, to jwfacts and to many youtube videos, all of which began to errode my faith in the leaders of the organisation.. in july 2008, having discussed my doubts with my wife, i attended the district convention, deciding to give the society one last chance to convince me it was the truth.

That's a good catch, remember that evolution is the change in the inherited characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. Changes and features are decidedly undramatic because they differ so little from previous stages.
He mentioned human population, so I assumed modern humans and excluded humanoids. Fixing a time when the human race actually came into existence is very complicated. Various ancestors of Homo sapiens seem to have appeared at least as early as 700,000 B.C. Hominids walked the Earth as early as several million years ago.
The set of specific characteristics that define a "human" is a matter of definition, and it is open to debate which members of early Homo sapiens and earlier or related species of Homo
Modern Homo sapiens may have appeared about 50,000 B.C.
So, yes 700,000 B.C. is an honest estimate.

I don't know where you got those number, but it a lot of people. Human population have been calculated by anthropologist and geneticist for decades, thru the manifestation of inbreeding and it effects on population.
Humans evolved in groups, thru the interchange of genes. We can trace our ancestry back to one man and one woman, but they lived at different times and different places.
Human population expand according to the resources that are available to fuel the explanation. Millennia ago, Hunters/Gathers (that's us) has few population because the land couldn't support a large population.
With the invention of farming and agriculture, the population expanded because, the same land, supported more people.
You have to add the mass extinction events thru-out history that at some point, cripple the human population, at some point just 100,000 +/-.
I don't think that many people lived on earth over the past 7,000 years. Well, if you count the various ancestors of Homo sapiens that have appeared at least as early as 700,000 B.C., over 100 billion.
