  Guys I've been browsing other ex sites (Ex-Mormons, Ex-Scientologist) to see if they have anything near our experience and look what I found

  being born and raised a jw i didn't think any other religion or group of people could come close to having to deal.

  with what we do as far as loosing family,friends, workmates etc.

  because of beliefs.. when i read on ex-mormon and ex-scientologist sites it makes me sad that they too are going thru some horrendous.

  What Are Underrated Movies That Should've Been Bigger Hits?

  i've recently got a comcast movie package that gives all encore, hbo, cinemax, stars, showtime and ifc and other indie movies.

  there are so many good movies that have been made that just didn't garner enough attention.. what movies do you think are good that weren't huge successes?.

  in the end, the best thing to do is to live your own life.. set specific goals for what you want to accomplish.. hang out with people who affirm you and your goals..

  Goals are nice when you need something to live for...but when you enjoy live you don't need to set goals...then live is like a journey that brings you to al sorts of places. Carpe Diem!

  i would like to speak with a jw or anyone here who believes in god, and i would like in fact i dare you to find a reason why humans shouldnt use cannabis.

  <--(marijuana) actually i will give you one and it is the only one that i have found.

  the only reason i found is because in most places it is illegal and god says to respect there laws but anything besides this i believe is bs so again i dare u to give me a reason besides what i stated..

  So glad I live in Holland. Here you can buy it legal in a coffeeshop.

  We consider it the same as drinking alcohol.

  Just smoke it but not every day...

  I called my mom.

  after more than 20yrs without a relationship....after more than 5yrs without hearing a word from her, i called.. out of the blue, i just called.. me: hi, mom, it's me lisa.

  mom: oh, hi.. me: well, it's been a long time, i just wanted to check and see how you and dad were.. mom: we're fine.. the conversation ranged from, the weather, my husband, my children and grandchildren, (whom she's never met) my animals, gardening.

  we talked about how dad was doing now, (after a stroke) how he walks with a cane, and uses an electric wheel chair when they go to walmart.
