  shepherding visits.....were they?

  we have friends who say that they have had some awful shepherdings,the things theyve been told in them were far from encouraging.. we havent ever had one so to be honest i cant comment...but would love to know if you had one?

  Blue, that breaks my heart. The only time the elders came to visit me, they were trying to find a way to DF me. (didn't work). My parents get regular sheparding visits, and I'm fairly certain all that is said is "women must be submissive to the husband. Oh, and please start your meds again"

  I wouldn't use the term Monkey fag if I couldn't relate. Ohhhhhh, a whole nuther topic! Ohhhhhhhh.....

  i'm so irritated with those who've not seen what we all are: FORMER EX- JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES. There may be a couple active jw's on here...it blows my mind that they are okay being on here. While I was a striving jw, I would have NEVER gotten involved in a supposed apostate website .... to each his/her own, I guess.
