  People who pioneer on government assistance

  i had a chat with my boyfriend about this, and he said that he knows quite a few pioneers who are capable of working but prefer to pioneer with government assistance.

  his thought was, "well, it's kind of bad, but at least they're doing something useful/good with their time.

  " i know from reading this board that it's a pretty widespread thing.

  i was thinking this weekend of a brother i first met when i was a teenager.. not yet an elder, this brother was very outspoken, and was viewed a kind of hero to the r&f.. an inexperienced teen, i also believed ( influenced by others) that this guy was a godsend.. looking back, with the eyes of a more mature person, i now consider him an arrogant self opinionated bully.. he later became an elder and i might add that he also had an imposing physical appearance .

  but he had no education.

  no schooling.

  Expert in every field, wow!. Look at the Creation book. Its like as if they are scientists, presenting their researchin finding to an ordinary lay man. Nope, they are high school graduates with no research skills. Worse more, they are very bad at providing references.

  by a split second rescuing our handicapped son from being pushed down the stairs by a flood of sisters rushing out to see as the drama had started.. the main offender being a special pioneer..

  	I was also a newbie cultist (adult convert). so I had no friends or family there. People in my own congregation were already virtually shunning me. Newbie cultists without family or "connections" in the cult aren't really worthy of any attention after they're baptized.Getting someone to even speak with me was like pulling teeth.

  Thank you for introducing a new word for us. 'Newbie Cultist'. Yes, very true, their problems are unique. I was one of them and can state, finding friends was way hard in many instances.

  brother of the hawk, newly enlightened & gojira, recorded an elder's meeting on 5/7/03.

  both does a great job of defending me and making the elders look foolish!.

  thank you raypublisher/jj and jwstruggle for the awesome job you did on it.. follow up story was not recorded but we will post it here hopefully over the weekend.. enjoy, it's pretty hilarious how they try to control us and come after me on a work of fiction!.

  WT Society Changes Definitions of Words to Control JW's for Their Agenda

  my wife and i were discussing this and thought of a few examples of words that the wt society changes meanings on in order to accomplish their own self serving agenda .

  the term - generation - definition in webster's new world dictionary : " generation - a single stage or degree in the succession of natural descent ( father, son, and grandson are three generations ) .

  the average period ( about thirty years ) between the birth of one generation and that of the next .

  How about 'shepherding call' becoming 'encouraging visit'? I know someone metiioned this recently. The phrase 'evidently' has also been extensively misused. The lack of evidence notwithstanding, I have often wondered how its so easy for the Watchtower Society to go away with lie undetected.

  i found this article on the brookly daily eagle website reminiscing about this scandal.

  evidently, the newspaper outed him on this scheme and printed a cartoon of russell and his miracle wheat, and so russell sued them and lost!

  Wow, just read and is suprised. I think, it would be a good thing if anyone living in New york state can dig deeper to obtain original copies of court transcriptions ruling and post them here. I have often wondered how the watchtower as so smart to obtain those expensive real estates in NY. Now, Iam getting the idea.

  Technically from the Watchower and Jehovah's witnesses standpoint, we as ex-JWs or apostates are under or part of satan including all human governments.Therefore, their depending on government for welfare in order to preach is something in fact, like indirectly taking advantage of 'us'. I do not know where to draw a line. Sometimes, you have some JWs working for the government for which they condemn. And still, you have the watchtower being apart of the UN yet its consider a wildbeast, a part of satan. Its way very difficult to draw a line.

  	I got a hold of the right phone number for reporting people who are cheating government agencies and reported her. THey actually did follow up with me, but at the time I rerported it she wasnt collecting anymore.

  After 4 years..JWs knock on my door.

  i was visited by 2 older jws that appeared to be elders.

  first time in 4 years any of them have come to my door.

  Those words were very powerful enough to move an elder to tear. Iam wondering whether those tears were genuine or Crocodile tears? Did he felt intensely and genuinelyremorseful about what happened to you?. I wish you had a hiden video camera to capture tha encounter for future evidence as may be needed.Thank you for stating that, "We are prepared. We are assertive. We are confident." Iam very sorry for what you gone through and best wishes in your success.

  Freeminds 2.0 has launched

  today we are launching freeminds2.org.

  this is stage 3 of a three part project spanning over 30 years since i left watchtower headquarters in 1980 and gave the 18 members of the then-governing body, including president nathan knorr and vice-president frederick w. franz.. the new site will be more blog/news oriented (and updated more often with articles, blogs and videos almost daily).. all of our previous sites, such as armageddonokies.com and watchtowerworld.org, randytv.com, exjws.net, and others will be incorporated into the previous freeminds site, which is currently being revised and converted from its joomla-based format to this wordpress format.

  i am sure you will find it much easier to search for words, people, articles, and subject very easy.

  I just donated via credit card some dollar amount in support of Freeminds.org. The transation was relatively very easy. However, you might want to improve a little that online payment instruction form by adding a star or something like * to indicate which kind of information must be supplied in order to complete the transaction. I think, some donors might want ot provide a minimum of what is needed. For example, do we need to supply email address and phone numbers? I did of course and also got an instant email confirmation which is good thing.
