what's good a-ebody??
just thought i'd share this email with yall real quick.
it still amazes me that i was a jehovah's witness for 27 years and never thought twice about these types of talks other than i need to make sure my act is together when the end comes, and now i can't even read/hear it without getting mad.
My god, no wonder I came home depressed, guilt-ridden and anxious after every assembly.
I used to think it was because I was such a terrible person and the assembly just confirmed my fate - I was bird food.
Good riddance to all of that.
I'm going over to the party thread now.
i was raised in it.
for the most part i was an exemplary jw.
i'm a very social fun loving person.
I'm naturally nice.
But I was naughty a few times when I first left.
Now, I'm always nice, but I'm sure the JW's still think I'm naughty. Whatever.....

Finally-Free, One of my new favourite stories is the one you told awhile back about Rocco and the cashews.
Makes me smile every time I think of it....

I recently saw a story in the news about a woman who had two dachshunds that were siblings.
One fell into the family's pool and drowned. The other one's fur turned completely gray from grief, even though he was only a couple of years old.
...if you check out a female co-worker from behind?
according to a harassment class i attended for work it is.
and if i see a co-worker doing this i'm obligated to report him to an hr representative.
I hate to break it to you, Doe, but that woman has no "hoo-hoos".

I agree with Jeff about being careful what you wear.
When I worked in construction, I was often the only female on site. I always was careful what I wore, and how I talked, realising if you want respect then you have to command it. Several foremen I worked for told me they apppreciated how I handled myself on site. What they said AFTER I left the area, I couldn't care less as long as they were respectful to my face.
Now, I have to wear scrubs for work. I like it, because it's kinda like wearing 'jammies to work!!! But they are definately unattractive.
hello world...mr. monday night here!!!.

I'm taste-testing a new beer - Big Rock Brewery's "Winter Spice"
"A full-bodied amber ale spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a hint of ginger. And at 6% alcohol, this rich, seasonal brew is sure to warm your heart and your cheeks!"
It's not bad. But this is northern Alberta and my cheeks are still cold......
Time for the fattie.....
