  Need Help, Please!

  we got a new dog and he needs a name!

  he was abandoned by his family in their back yard when they moved and then was rescued by animal rescue.

  he's been fostered for the last 4 months and his foster mom called him martin.

  i woke up this morning to find the following comment had been left on jwsurvey.org on my article entitled "watchtower's new 'toy story' - what parents need to know".

  it read as follows.... .

  my grandson, who is 3, was telling me magic is bad several times a day.

  The grandmother should not undermine her daughter with regard to her grandson. She needs to work with her daughter to cultivate critical thinking skills. Untill it becomes illegal for a parent to raise their children in cults, the only ethical way to address the problem is through the parent.

  September 11, 2001- Where were you?

  i work at a major airline in the in-flight training department.

  i was sitting at the desk on the computer, i kid you not... writing the security (hijacking) curriculum for 2002, when someone came in and told me a plane flew into the wtc.

  we all thought it was one of our planes.

  I know several people (7 coworkers died) who were working in the north tower on floor 102 when the plane hit. I didn't find out that they were there until later that day. The first I heard was driving to work on the car radio, they were talking about evacuating the tall buildings in Los Angeles. Then it was announced that both the WTC towers were hit my commercial planes.

  terry was admitted to the hospital yesterday.

  he has a severe case of cellulites which has affected his neck glands.

  his face and neck are very swollen.

  yet another video effort by the society to be apparently pulled off jw.org and given an audience on youtube.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbohitd8goi.

  my observations.... despite obvious attempts to garner praise, the feedback robert gets from passersby is far from glowing.

  at best, it can be described as neutral, with none of those chosen to comment seeming to know anything about jw beliefs.

  Oh wow Terry. I really feel for you. My thoughts are with you and I hope you get through this quickly.

  As one Ice chewer to another.... I'l going to lay off the stuff, my jaws and teeth are not what they used to be (I now suffer with TMJD).
