  She is smiling, enthusiastic and happy and that's what is so stand out.

  When you think about the opportunities in life - those you make for yourself and those you are given...

  It seems so few people these days see it, smile, and go for it.

  Lead a team and you will see this - a few will smile and say "Yes Sir, I can do it!" and go for it. Too many show little emotion, browse facebook all day in a daze, and are gone within a month.

  The person in the video is attractive because they are alive.

  (This reminds me of a comment my ex-mother-in-law made: "I love watching men run." It was difficult not to reply with "I know what you mean - I love watching women run." Somehow one is innocent, and one is sexist...)

  Fire is 100% percent contained! I am extremely proud of my community - the lost pomeranian was re-united with his family and it was kind of fun honestly (watching the dog of course... not so much being on pre-evacuation notice)

  So.. 10 days left before Magwitch's invitation - are we on?

  those who grow up in an atheist household are least likely to maintain their beliefs about religion as adults, according to a study by georgetown university's center for applied research in the apostolate (cara).only about 30 percent of those who grow up in an atheist household remain atheists as adults.

  this "retention rate" was the lowest among the 20 separate categories in the study.. there were 1,387 atheists (weighted) in the survey.

  It's not as if there is some corrupt atheist headquarters insisting and threatening people not to associate with "disfellowshipped athiests".

  Without a central, corrupt influence - frankly I'm not surprised that people don't feel trapped in atheism to the degree they are in other world views. Some may feel they can do better elsewhere - and best of luck to them and their wallet.

  i've finally get my hands on a pdf of one of the two newly released brochures, this one entitled "who are doing jehovah's will today?".

  predictably, the brochure is extremely vague on key topics.

  Considering this brochure, its rediculous illustrations (complete with 1st century Hobby Lobby decor), and the recent WT illustration of early christians going door to door with a "scrollbag" presumably trying to place the latest Watchtower scroll with the householder...

  JW's have seriously jumped the shark.

  They are off the rails.

  They lost the plot.

  They have resorted to rewriting history to legitimize their belief system. They don't even know themselves anymore what they believe, why they believe it, or where they come from.

  Somebody pass the popcorn.

  So, to summarize the brochure:

  	Early Christians	Governing Body Of JW's
  Title Given to Themselves, by Themselves:	None. The Apostles were named/recognized by Jesus, and the "older men" were known only as "the older men".	"Governing Body"
  Members Chosen By:	Apostles hand-picked by Jesus	Members elected by other members - Jesus does not come from heaven to pick them.
  Group Also Includes:	Older men from the nearby regions.	Nobody, decisions are made by a tiny minority.
  Decisions are Made:	When Unanimous	When 3/4 Majority

  Brochure's Conclusion: "These two groups are the same."

  Well. I'm certainly convinced.

  what do you personally believe happens after we die?

  i don't believe we really know everything about god or the afterlife.

  i do believe that we do transform to something beyond our physical comprehension.

  If you don't believe there is a very, very strong corrilation between your personality and conciousness and the physical condition and specific chemical balance of nutrients entering your brain.... can I have it? I need more brains for my experiements - and afterall, you're not using it anyway.

  I'll need you to sign a waiver first, of course, but I hear the "afterlife" is pretty dope.

  As for what happens when you die: We all know what happens when you die, that's why none of us want to die. You turn "off".
