Cabbage Patch Dolls?

i wasn't allowed to have one because they might be demonized.
was it just my cong.

Guilty Fast Food Pleasures
by Swan inokay, what is the one fast food that you just love, but are a little ashamed to admit to?.
a detective character (sue grafton's kinsey milhone) in some mysteries i read has these guilty fast food pleasures.
just about every day she runs for miles on the beach, but then she is invariably ends up ducking into the mcdonald's drive thru with her little vw and scarfing a big mac or quarter pounder.

i'm surprised at some aspects of it, and not at others.. i'm not surprised that it contains much of the same old clap-trap about "the urgency of the times" and "we're so close to the end now!

i did.. they are going house to house door to door in my neighborhood.. i heard the sounds of a bunch of car doors slamming and looked out my window and saw 4 cars full of jw's with bookbags and smiles.. all parked in front of my house in the no parking area.. because jehovah would never allow his people to get a ticket for parking in the no parking snow ban area whilst spreading " the good news".
hmm, i can't think what to say to them.. should i pretend to be ignorant of what they teach and be nice or just let them have it.. i have that luxury because we have moved 20 miles away from our old kingdom hall.. any ideas?.

speaking of which... three of 'em just walked past my house while i was sitting there having tea and reading the paper. come to think of it, the last few times they have been in the neighborhood, they walk right by...i bet my sister ratted me out as an "apostate". anyway, the young girl in the bunch went so far as to turn her face away and raise her arm slightly so that her hand partially hid her face, i'm not kidding. i felt kinda icky when i saw that like hey i'm a nice person...oh well, we are the dead.
