would just like to say that i have spent hours reading material on this web site.
just would like to also say that i am still one of jehovah's witnesses.
if jehovah's witnesses are truly distructive and to familys as well then i would like to know please, how on earth is the association of brothers going to stay together, if it is really destructive?
oh that's rich... especially that "one has to take responsibilty for ones actions" part.
the funny thing is, nothing here said about jehovah's witnesses is slander. it's all true... we all lived it. you couldn't make this stuff up even if you tried...

me too. i'm tired of being nice to these a$$@#@#s. think about it. why should we be nice to them? why should they enjoy that privilege when they are active practitioners in an organization that victimizes so many? that ignorant, innocent act gets old real fast... they need to hear the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth... as one of the "hazards" of going door-to-door and intruding on the lives of others.

life imprisonment is being kind to this evil, evil person. i hesitate to call them sick because when someone is sick they can't help themselves. he made the choice to do what he did, so he's not sick. he's evil pure and simple. oooh i would love to get my hands on people like this....just five teensy seconds that's all i would need.....

well, because that would involve actual independent thinking on their part. impossible.
for many of us, the thought of missing a meeting to do anything else was problematic.
should i go to that concert (to that group that only comes once every few years on a meeting night) or should i give my talk?
should i go to both meetings this sunday or should i go on that company picnic?
"concerts"? that was totally unheard of, at least for me. as for people calling up "just to see if you're ok", what a joke. i had valley fever one time and was gone for almost two weeks and everyone wondered if i was all right 'cause i was missing all those meetings. bull... if they were so worried about me, why didn't they come to my house and bring me chicken soup, or flowers or something. errr...

p.s. i feel like weeping for those children who were kidnapped and murdered. you know, whenever i see a young teenage boy on the street, he is always my son. i don't know why i feel this way but maybe you other parents do too. one time this kid about 14 was skating on his surfboard and he hit something on the sidewalk and fell on the back of his head. i was driving down the street and people just drove by. the kid was lying there. a woman jogging just jogged around him and kept going - not a word to the kid. i tiurned around and by that time he had sat up. i drove into a parking lot by him and asked him if he was ok and he said yeah and i said are you sre and he said yes i'm fine thanks though and he went on his way. but anyway every boy represents my boy and i don't know sometimes don't you want to save the world? especially these kids? i hope if he's ever far from me and needs help, someone good would help him. i'm going offline now. sorry to change the tone of your beautiful thread. i know that seeing these pictures makes us all realize how precious our children are. i'm going to go hug my son now.

oh my god these pictures are all so beautiful! our children are sweeter than candy and more precious than gold. it's touching to see pictures of everyone when they were little. reminds me of that song by enigma "the child in us":

heaven, that pic of my son was taken at rawhide, a wild west town here in arizona. (he wanted to keep the rifle, haha). i used to call him my little buckaroo. they grow up too fast!!!!
