i recently watched the movie along with the second part thanks to several people mentioning it on this forum.

i have seen both people against and pro.

what are your thoughts?

I JUST got done watching this tonight with the family and the thing that disturbs me the most........it resonates with my mind/body as being possible/right. Why do I even feel like all of that COULD be right? I'm a firm believer in intuition. And I'm not educated enough in the money thing or 9-11 thing to even start to talk about it, but like I said, it resonated with me somehow. Especially the part about the media! That's why I don't watch the news anymore, it's a bunch of crap most of the time and you can just tell it's trying to manipulate you. I think I'll go back and read some of the old posts on the subject. Very interesting. I know to truly have peace on this planet though, we have to get rid of things like money, borders, religion and government.

so we are at the point where my daughter has been taking in my lifestyle for 4 years since she i left the truth when she was just 4 years old.

my son who is a couple of years younger thankfully seems to be immune to most of the indoctrination from the jws.

I love the fact that you are a parent that is saying NO to the jw's and the meetings etc.........so many times the jw parent "wins" in taking the kids along while the other parent basically has no say. Why? Why do many non jw parents take themselves out but feel powerless to take the kids out? Why does the jw parent always get their way most of the time? I don't get it. The jw parent automatically assumes because they have the "truth" that their "theocratic activity" is going to trump anything else in the families life. It's all a power game, it means nothing! So non jw parents have just as much "power" and say as they do. I just really, really love the fact that you are saving your kids from the cult.

Yes guys I'm a total movie buff! And I forgot to mention Shutter Island, (thanks for the reminder TM),as well loved that movie. Oh and a while back I saw Lovely Bones. It is a book (like tons of movies are) and most people probably didn't watch it, but the acting was fantastic by all the characters in it. I couldn't believe nobody was really recognized for that movie. I read a lot of books too which is good because then they get turned into movies. I watched Sherlock Holmes as well because I love Robert D. Jr., but wasn't happy with the movie. But the costumes and sets were great!!

I saw Remember Me, brilliant. And I saw the Bounty Hunter last weekend, it was so so. I'm going to see Clash of the Titans this weeked, looks good. My daughter saw Last Song with Miley Cyrus yesterday said she loved it, but I'm leary of Nicholas Sparks movies, I know someone always dies, BUT I absolutely love Gregg Kennear and will see it for him. There's my review. Oh yeah, my daughter and I watch Twilight and New Moon quite often as well.

I love Will Smith. I have a brother who has so many of his mannerisms even though he's white. I call him the white Will Smith. He's one of those actors your waiting to come out with something else!
