Godensky, I guess I was checked out when you checked in so I'm going back to re-read your story. It is quite amazing and you make some excellent points, especially the one about blood and animals! Can't wait to finish reading them and getting to know you. There's another new person on the board from Spain as well. One of my favorite dishes is Paella! But I can't quite seem to get it right. Any tips? I asked him also but he said he's an eater of Paella not a cooker of Paella! Thought that was so funny!...........wf

Exactly Sacolton! And the great thing about that, is that it's individualized, totally dependent on who you are and WHERE you are in life. It's all encompassing as well. Your inner 'truth' (intuition) is going to be different than mine as different things resonate with you at different times of your life. If we were to embrace that, there would be absolutely NO judgment of anyone else, as long as if felt like love and compassion. So my new guide is how I 'feel' about something, not what I read or who I hear say it etc........As long as I feel things like love and compassion then I take it as good. As long as my actions produce positive energy in me and my surroundings, then that has become my guide. HOWEVER, it's a work in progress! It has to come from within us, how on earth was everyone who lives on the planet and everyone who's ever lived, suppose to learn "truth" from the billions of writings and "teachers" that there have ever been and be able to pass it accurately along for thousands of generations? It would be impossible. And when a group of people like the jw's claim, they have the only way to truth, it's obsurd........wf

I heard something interesting the other night on TV. Can't remember what I was watching but the guy said, "where would a better hiding place be for the truth, but within ourselves." He was saying that evil or Satan, (if there is such a thing), is always trying to get us to look outside of ourselves via the Bible, other Holy Books, religions, institutions, idiologies, and other belief systems. But what some of the ancient enlightened ones have been trying to tell us is that it's within US and it always has been! But ya, what a great hiding place! Look within people, it's the beginning...........wf

Me too, I'm out forever. They are all the same when you get down to it. But you don't have to have a religion to believe in God or the Source or whatever you want to call a 'higher power'. In fact I've found that that Source to me, is nothing like any religion trys to portray! What a scam. Also I like what zoiks said, lets just join "humanity" for goodness sakes!........wf
