Yep. Marjorie's son disassociated himself over 20 years ago. I guess they are especially frightened of him because he's an apostate.

Picture the situation:
A JW sister, let's call her Marjorie, has a non JW father who died. She arranges for an elder to take the funeral at a crematorium and Marjorie's non-JW husband pays for a reception at a pub afterwards.
Marjorie has a disassociated son. The elder taking the funeral tells Marjorie that she needs to tell her son he is not welcome at the reception, otherise none of the JWs can attend. The son goes anyway so the elder tells Marjorie that he and the other JWs at the funeral cannot eat with a disfellowshipped person so they aren't going. Marjorie is distraught. Marjorie's husband is livid that he has paid for a reception and his wife has been put through this upset.
Way to go WT, you don't look like a cult at all.

he went into great detail about how at first the title was "may" but was changed to"will".

He went into great detail about how at first the title was "may" but was changed to"will". He stated "it's a very interesting period if you research it" and "it's 90 yeas ago now".
Why draw attention to a false prophecy that way?
I have created a new ID to post this, if he is apostate I don't want to draw attention to him but I just thought it was odd. Has anyone else noticed their CO saying strange things from the platform?
