  An experience I had that reminds me of some Witnesses mindset

  about 10 years ago i was hanging out with this guy.

  for about 6 months we were attached at the hip, we both had our first cars and wanted to explore our area like no others.

  he said "i don't want to check it because i know the first time i check it i am going to find out i don't have any money left.".

  yes the elders made another stop to continue to try to get me back to the meetings.

  my main argument with them has been the incorrect dates.

  607, 1914. they said i need to stop focusing on dates.
