Content of forums big and small
by Introspection ini understand there has been a number of smaller xjw forums that has sprung up, and i've noticed that it seems like there is less in depth discussions on those, it seems like it's more of a homey place to hang out and chat.
i'm guessing one of the reasons would be there's just less people there, so you don't have as many different viewpoints.
has anyone else noticed differences like this?

Modified magazine/JW pics
by Introspection inok, i know there has been a few of these posted and someone out there has to have them filed away.
i thought it would be nice to have this in a thread (besides i want to get them) and maybe any other image along the same lines.
so how about it?

Oneness symbol
by Introspection inok - i'm all for interfaith dialogues and stuff like that to promote better understanding, but i think this is just a little silly.
i saw this product at a show recently and frankly i find it hard to take it seriously, check this out:.

Centering Prayer
by Introspection init is a christian contemplative practice, i guess it's taught by a father thomas keating.
in the blurb i read it mentions that phrase "clouds of unknowing" which was first used by an anonymous christian mystic, i always thought that's a good way of putting it.
anyways i'm interested to know what it involves.

Addressing mind control helps the person and helps them leave
by Introspection inin talking to those that go to the local xjw support group here, it occurred to me that when we address the mental/psychological aspect of witness indoctrination it kind of kills two birds with one stone.
i think this is especially helpful because you can talk about mind control without directly pointing a finger at the wts (of course there is a time for that too) - but it seems it would help you get the wheels turning first.
comparing this to the bombarding-them-with-facts-about-the-society approach, it seems a lot more subtle if not more effective.

Peace from yourself
by Introspection infor some reason i feel like i should make this post now.
often times we tend to think of peace in terms of external conditions, but when you stop and think about it, it's really your own experience, what's inside you, isn't it?
this is why you can say something, use the exact same words, but convey a very different emotional tone regardless of what those words are.
