What were Satan and his demons "doing" up in heaven, before being "cast down" in 1914?
by Dunedain ini was just thinking about how the wts has been spouting off for years that satan and his demons were cast down to the vicinity of the earth in 1914, but really, when you think about it, what was the difference before 1914 or after 1914?.
its not like satan and his demons did not have access to the earth.
satan and his demons always were messing with earth.

@Fisherman So....let me get this right. Let's say that there is psychopath who rapes your wife, molests your kids, kills the dog, and does the same to your neighbors. You know who the guy is and you call the police. The Police lieutenant tells you that the guy has already been prosecuted in court before the Judge, he's just waiting for a sentence but until that time.....he's free. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT? -

I might add to what's already been touched on. The biggest positive in this NATURAL drug is that it enhances your senses, depending on your body and the right amount of doses. When I smoke the right amount for me, it has enhanced my hearing. I feel like I can hear things more clearer literally. I see why some of the world's best musicians of the past and present make great music when they smoked. It's a amazing feeling with your mind opens up your body -

I always hated marijuana, even in the time I left JW, which was 6 years ago I hated it, until recently. I decided to try it out and got my medical card. I was nervous and uncomfortable but I made it into a dispensary and purchased a few grams of marijuana. The first few times I smoked, I felt a numbing sensation over my body but it wasn't the high I was expecting. Not until my second time did I experience that high.
The third time was the scariest moment in my life because I had a panic attack. I was super paranoid and I thought I was going to die. Mind you, I was alone, which is discouraged for first time smokers. I did calm myself down through that episode. A few days ago, I smoked and experienced what @DarioKehl mentioned. I connect it to my third eye opening since It has made me realize that I'm not where I want to be since leaving JW. I've had a cold hard look at myself. This drug has been a positive for me

My condolences for you. Your JW family took shunning to the extreme. They AT LEAST should tell about serious family matters. The WT allows that. That's a crazy situation -

What really bothered me was: Why would Jehovah kill off billions of people who disobeyed him but never killed off Satan? Why did Jehovah make it so hard even in the new order?
Indeed a simple logic that goes over millions of JW's heads. It's like God is a director/producer of a action movie where the villain isn't killed off but brought back for a sequel.

Can the special pioneers, bethelites, and many other "servants", who are getting their benefits stripped, SUE THE WTBS?
by Dunedain ini know in america, corporations, and businesses, are many times obligated to atleast continue certain medical benefits for an extended period of time, like a year or two, even after they are "let go".
i wonder how many older, special pioneers, missionarys, bethelites, and such, have pre-existing medical conditions, and need to have to continue their benefits for care?.
the wts, can send a letter saying " sorry your shits gone in 3 months", but is this really legal?

Waste of time. You had volunteers who WILLFULLY volunteered. They could have requested to leave at any time at that. -

Everybody has a mental issue of some sort, if we claim paranoia, anxiety, etc are symptoms for being that. If this is true, EVERYBODY needs mental help. Life has up and downs and can affect people in different ways. I'm not a medical expert but I think some behavior is tied up more in a person emotional state. If a person is too angry or too sad, they can do some crazy things. Sure you can correlate emotions with mental health but is it true in every case like this? A thug, who's mad at society and mad about his life, goes out and kills some people. Is he mentally ill? -

As soon as I heard the news this morning, I knew what arguments would be brought up on this board. The same crap every time. This is not a case of mental health or gun control. The guy was angry, he knew who he wanted to kill, and he killed THEM. How is he no different than the gangsta who goes out and shoots people? This shooter, from what we know, had no mental history. He was disgruntled and had a vendetta. I'm tired of mental health being thrown around these cases. There are people who really need help of course, but some are driven by emotion and can act out their feelings. He knew what he was doing by filming it and using social media. The violent culture and media in America are to blame the most. We got to look at the whole picture and not focus on one area
