  did you find the dubs were always late?

  i found the higher up the socail rank the dubs got, the more tardy they were for everything, meetings, ministry.

  and of course when you invited them round.

  so many times i can remeber the food spoiling/burning and 45mins to an hour later they would decide to finaly turn up!

This of coruse does not apply to assemblys ( getting the best seats) when they would somehow manage to always be early

  i know that what counts as swearing differs alot from region to region, amongst the words i heard used were "crap, bloody, shit, git, bastard, bitch" and the dubs who used these words would say that they didn't belive they were swear words at all!.

  a few times in the ministry i would find someone clued in who would ask the jw on their doorstep " so what your saying is, unless i join your religon god will kill me?

  and everyone else who isn't part of your religon?

  " now theres only one answer to that question as far as jw's are concerned but i never saw a single one answer that with a straight answer, mostly i suspect because they were so uncomfortable about being made to face the truth about their beliefs..

  if you were a jw woman, and you exposed your elder husband as a cheater, what would happen to you?

  would the congregation take it against you?

  what would happen to your standing in the congregation?

  i have seen this happen myself, and the cong took the cheaters side completly for years, eventually thehusband confessed but not before having spent years tellling all the cong that his wife was mad and jealous and what a terrible time he had with her, poor him(!)

  just reading about a 89 year old man from ohio whos just gone on trial for being a nazi as a young man.

  if that generation and the gb is in their 80's- 90's then they really can't have more than 20 years left in them?

  how are they going to keep the fiction going about "the geneation" etc if they have all died out?.
