  i got an email from a jw relative.

  they reckon that they have read a indepth report about the us oil spill and according to that.. the oil spill is too big to be plugged.. its going to posion all the earths oceans.. which means they won't be able to produce o2.. which means that all life on earth is going to die.... which is a fullfillment of the scripture " unless those days were cut short no flesh would be saved".

  which means... duh duh duh!

  I got an email from a JW relative. They reckon that they have read a indepth report about the US oil spill and according to that.

  The oil spill is too big to be plugged.

  Its going to posion all the earths oceans.

  Which means they won't be able to produce O2.

  which means... duh duh DUH! armargeddon is nearly here!!

  Did you really pay attention at conventions or assemblies?

  a co-worker of mine whose family (2 daughters, wife) are jw's related a funny story yesterday.

  his wife and daughters missed the friday portion of the convention last week in order to attend a wedding of a worldly relative.

  at dinner she mentioned to him that she would go to the convention this friday to make up for the one she missed.. he then asked why and she said so she could get the information she missed.

  oh and did i mention that for those who chose to spend the convention in their cars listening via radio... there were toliets in the car parks that were tiny little trianglar tents, with a bucket!! I used to walk about 2 miles to go to a proper toliet... well beats listening to the program!

  I can remember being in one of the feild car parks at Twickenham during the lunch break. This black guy came back to his car put on this loud jamaican style music and started dancing around to it manicaly like he was being electricted!

  I used to fantaise about standing up and yelling out things like "i'm sooo bored!/hot!" or running around the statium mid talk like a crazy person.

  I also used to watch the pigeons as they landed, somtimes imagined the conversations they might be having " why are these silly people sitting in this awful heat?"

  I counted things, retreated to my own little world. But still managed to clapp and write down all the scriptures and look them up while doing so!

  Do you know of any cases where having a no blood card worked?

  we were always told to imagine a senario where the paramedics would find our no blood card and cry " thank god!

  we almost gave her a blood transfusion!".

  thing is: when i worked in emergency medicine we were always stricted told never ever go rifiling through the patients pockets/handbag/ wallet!.

  Another thing i heard, which i never really belived is that when hospital staff have a unconcious JW they quickly pump a couple of pints of blood into them " just to get back at them!"

  Ok here it in a nutshell... According to the GB all generations all over lap into one big one... so basicaly following that princeiple: For as long as human beings live on planet earth the generation will have not passed away!

  So basicly the FS is really quite useless? The JWs doing it mostly have neither the skills nor interest to make a HH want to listen. Its just an excerise in getting points. 12 hours, 3 mags, 12 RVs 5 books, 1 BS!!!
