  Can You "Read" People?

  misery wrote on a thread how those of us who were born into the jw religion were taught how to read people.

  we learn how to look for their weaknesses, their joys, what seems to be troubling them, what their yard looks like, etc.. do you have this ability, in all honesty?

  i am told that i have that ability and it freaks people out sometimes (in a good way).

  yes and i was born with this ability. I can tell just from looking at someone if they are nice or nasty, if they are hiding something, what their past has been like, what they were doing in the privious hour

  ... i have even before "known" what sport a person regualuarly did. Its kinda of like a vibe or a smell, I meet someone and i meet their engery or vibe at the same time. I've learnt to relay on it and whenever i ignore this, i'm always left wishing i hadn't.

  Probably sounds very crazy and i don't tell people about it cos it might freak them out. I've always put it down to being dislexic.

  i know "god save the queen" but only the short verison that they have at football matches.

  i think the origanal is meant to be about 8 verses long isn't it?.

  i know what a blog is, but i can't see the point of one? I mean what is the point of wanting everyone to read your day to day thoughts and experiances? I mean unless your someone like the Queen or the Prime Minister, in which case it might be interesting. But the average joe?

  Hey Brits! Have you got snow?

  i hear things are getting bad in the old country?

  food shortages and money/ fuel running out.... i could start ranting here about the scandinavien countries who manage just fine with snow... but i'll let someone else do that.. i just heard that some people in north yorkshire got snowed in a pub for 8 days!...

  i ve tryed, but to make a long story short: i don t fit in to anything.. i can t get out of these bleeding depressions.

  so i ll go out tonight for the last time in my life and take an overdose at the end.. its been nice meeting you all.

  whoa! stop ! come back!

  You are not alone! you have freinds here many of whom have been in your shoes. You can get out of your depression, it will pass as unlikey as it may seem. I am living proof of that.

  Please hold on and try to get some help, call your Dr or a freind. Please... no one wants to lose you!
