That's how the field service is going at the moment. Because i'm fading, not all the publishers do recognice me. So, a sister gave me the invitation, I told her "Thank you" and closed the door. They did not know I was a member of her congregation. It all happens in 20 seconds.

Maybe I go to far in thinking about it, but there must be a power behind the power of the GB / FDS.
It is a multi billion dollar business. They have risk managers, investment managers and a lot of money on a lot of bank accounts.
Mark Sanderson is not chosen for his blue eyes. He is of course a puppet. Big question: who is the puppeteer?
Of course I know it's a cult like religion, but it is a lot more of that: it exports the american dream to other country's and implementing US influence.
Maybe you are now falling with a smile from your chair to the ground, but read my lips: it's more than a religion. It's power.

With the new pope Franciscus in mind, I was thinking about our new GB member Mark Sanderson.
How is our Mark chosen to be one of the 8 members of the GB / FDS? Are there internal headhunters at the Watchtower HQ?
What is his CV? What did he do inside the corporations? Education?
It can't be that he is chosen because his hours at the field service report?
Is he tested for his loyality to the corporation (like The Firm?) They will not select him only for his blue eyes, don't you?
I find his name not in the list of corporation directors. They have more management experience, why did'nt they chose these experienced man?
And finaly I had a brainwave: could the selection of new GB members happen with outside influence? Why? Because the JW community has +/- 7 billion followers worldwide. Is it possible that the US governement has influence at the watchtower leadership?
And: why is a new watchtower leader chosen from an group of people that could not exist? The anointed JW's worldwide (former FDS) are not taken seriously, and younger anointed gettint the label "emotional".
Many questions, please let me know how you think about above...

The WT study articles are no longer bible study based anymore, they are the opinion of the GB about JW lifestyle.
Do this, do that, don't do this etc.
Since a few years there is a GB brainwash program going on.
Did you hear a JW saying "It's nice what the apostle Paul said in bla bla bla" ? No, these day's you hear only comments about "We are no part of the world".
It's pure instruction based.

Is it the GB's plan to NOT explain the nu FDS lite?
by outsmartthesystem inperhaps i am overthinking this.......but i may have come to the conclusion that the gb's refusal to address and explain in detail all of the changes mentioned at the 2012 annual meeting is in and of itself.....their final explanation.
from what i have gathered by speaking discreetly with those that are still "in" but on the fringe.......the information given at the 2012 meeting meant practically nothing to most jws.
in fact.....most are still completely unaware of the changes.

Maybe it's only for legal reasons. An option i'm thinking of a long time is that it's a cliffhanger for the jw.org website. Many witness mention at the WT study the jw.org website news section in their answers.
I think it's a new kind of situation: normaly all the witness are officialy informed by the watchtower study magazine about new light. That's gone. Most of the witness in 3th world country's have no internet access. They only have the magazine. So, the much called "Unity in JW education" is gone now!

My visit yesterday to the congregation
by Gorbatchov inbecause my brother-in-law did the sunday talk in the congregation, we were invited to come to the congregation.. it was 3 months ago we showed our faces there.. when we entered the hall some witnesses said hello.
most of them did a far away look away.. i walked to the counter for taking the 2013 calender, the daily text book and much magazines the local clown elder (he was dressed in purple), talked to me with a loud voice "welcome!

Thanks for all your postings. I have to say, to visit the congregation was difficult for me. It was easier to visit the next-door McDonalds.
I really had the feeling degrading myself. Sometimes you have to... It was not easy. It took a lot of my energy.
I did not make an appointment with the CBE. Next time he will try again. And that's a sad aspect of the system.
Because they are trying to do good, they are trying to do what the organization has instructed.
And yes, Bluesbrother, they hope that I came to my senses showing up again. That's not how it works in real life.

Then I walked to our seats and the CBE walked with a big hurry to me and asked "We want to make an apointment with you". I smiled to him with a very very big smile and he said "No, we only want to encourage you...".
The talk of my brother-in-law was not bad. The Watchtower study was idiot and everything i'm against.
The rest of the day was good. The entire family was pleased because we visited the congregation.
