One I got an answer on a letter I wrote to the WTS. The letter had an 3 digit code like CPL, what stands for the author of the letter.
Who knows how this 3 digit code is made? What's the secret key of it?

Experience with elder: From top down to bottom up organization
by Gorbatchov init was around 2009, when i attended higher education (bachelor), an elder of the congregation made an appointment for a encourage conversation at home.
because i know the elder whole my life, and i have respect for his age, i couldn't say no.
we started with a good cup of coffee.

It was around 2009, when I attended Higher Education (bachelor), an elder of the congregation made an appointment for a encourage conversation at home. Because I know the elder whole my life, and I have respect for his age, I couldn't say no. We started with a good cup of coffee. Then he took an old, folded piece of paper with notes.
Word for word he read aloud what he would say to us (Gorby and his lovely wife), without looking to us. It was a story about stay preaching from house-to-house.
Then he took a photocopy of an old illustration:
He explained that this was the way the organization was designed. With my new bachelor business administration degree I could not resist to oppose the organizational chart.
I told the elder, that I had other ideas of how the organization had te be designed. I took a paper and a pencil, and drew the next chart, based on the idea of Servant Leadership:

The elder nearly dropped from his chair. He responded: "You could be very right! But you are not, because the illustration from the brothers is how it is!".
The conversation was ended very fast. I always have to smile about this experience, when the organizational chart is in the news again!

Weird "new world" artwork from the 2013 calendar
by cedars inmy mother-in-law has a strange obsession with calendars, and orders the society's calendar each year.
this year's calendar is especially weird.
it features images depicting future events - in particular, the society's vision of the new world order.. i've taken the opportunity to scan some of the images for you all to check out.. please note - there are captions for each of the images, but i don't have the english language version of the calendar so i'd rather just quote the scripture used so as not to reveal which country i'm in.. .

My opinioin: these are the most weird illustrations i have seen from WT. They are also new. Never was live in paradise so detailed illustrated.
When I see the pictures I feel fear, t hese sent shivers up my spine! Also I compare it with Chinese / North Korean communistic art.
This is weird so weird, strange, what's going on with WT?!? How low can they go? How far do they go?!?
Also: every angel is white. Jesus is white. In fact he was light coloured, a middle east man!

Our problem is that the WTS has all the time of the world. I think they have made a 20 year plan for the future.
Because all the big company's have these plans for change.

similar to the angel in the organizational sheet. The beard, hear and face are the same. Only the crown is missing.
Maybe this has something to do with future "new light", that Jesus is not appointed yet. But all we can do is guessing!
And that's strange. Normally an illustration clarrifies, has the intention to explain, and this illustration leads to guessing.
Maybe intended, otherwise I declare the illustration unsuccesful.

Delusions Of Paradise?

SophieG, a nice topic. I remember sitting in the chair at the meeting when I was 6 years old or less. Because I and my family had a kind of superiority feeling, we feel much better than others in the congregation, I remember thinking I don't want to live next to sister .... or next to brother .... . I was thinking of creating a sort of independent republic in paradise with only my own family members and a few blessed friends , allowed to live next to me!
I did'nt like the idea that there would be no TV, radio, home computer, nice cars, adidas shoes etc, and hated the idea I have to work with my hands in paradise.
My parents often told me that maybe there would be modern things in paradise, remembering a picture with a john deere tractor in the "You can live forever in paradise" book. When I looked at the picture, it made my day... However the picture of seducing between a man and a woman in the same publication gave me a good feeling too
