Is it the GB's plan to NOT explain the nu FDS lite?

perhaps i am overthinking this.......but i may have come to the conclusion that the gb's refusal to address and explain in detail all of the changes mentioned at the 2012 annual meeting is in and of itself.....their final explanation.

from what i have gathered by speaking discreetly with those that are still "in" but on the fringe.......the information given at the 2012 meeting meant practically nothing to most jws.

in fact.....most are still completely unaware of the changes.

Maybe it's only for legal reasons. An option i'm thinking of a long time is that it's a cliffhanger for the jw.org website. Many witness mention at the WT study the jw.org website news section in their answers.

I think it's a new kind of situation: normaly all the witness are officialy informed by the watchtower study magazine about new light. That's gone. Most of the witness in 3th world country's have no internet access. They only have the magazine. So, the much called "Unity in JW education" is gone now!

My visit yesterday to the congregation

because my brother-in-law did the sunday talk in the congregation, we were invited to come to the congregation.. it was 3 months ago we showed our faces there.. when we entered the hall some witnesses said hello.

most of them did a far away look away.. i walked to the counter for taking the 2013 calender, the daily text book and much magazines the local clown elder (he was dressed in purple), talked to me with a loud voice "welcome!

Thanks for all your postings. I have to say, to visit the congregation was difficult for me. It was easier to visit the next-door McDonalds.

I really had the feeling degrading myself. Sometimes you have to... It was not easy. It took a lot of my energy.

I did not make an appointment with the CBE. Next time he will try again. And that's a sad aspect of the system.

Because they are trying to do good, they are trying to do what the organization has instructed.

And yes, Bluesbrother, they hope that I came to my senses showing up again. That's not how it works in real life.

Then I walked to our seats and the CBE walked with a big hurry to me and asked "We want to make an apointment with you". I smiled to him with a very very big smile and he said "No, we only want to encourage you...".

The talk of my brother-in-law was not bad. The Watchtower study was idiot and everything i'm against.

The rest of the day was good. The entire family was pleased because we visited the congregation.

Pfff.

Urgent: Pope Benedictus resigns: a good example for GB

just in the news: pope benedictus is resigning.

this should be a good example for the gb of our church organization.

there are reasons enough: child abuse (conti case etc), failed prophecies (slave classe, un/osce), killing doctrines (blood doctrine etc, shunning / suicide) and fraude (investment corporation instead of church).. so it would be nice to read on bbc news: governing body of jehovah's witnesses resigns and make way for a new generation that embraces christian freedom.. gorby.

Just in the news: Pope Benedictus is resigning. This should be a good example for the GB of our church organization. The look down

at the office today i had a "came across" with a jw colleague.

i was greeting him friendly.

he was greeting me with a forced "hello".. while saying the word "hello" he looked down to me, like i was inferior.. do you recognize these "look down's", because you are an inactive jw?.

how far did your network go in this organization?

Ehh popular. 4th generation, a JW family with a good name... MS on the way to Elder, did some public talks. Friends with a lot...

But that was the time i did not know what real friendship means.

Masthead watchtower / awake magazines

this week i found the watchtower and awake magazine at the table of my brother and sister in law.. they looked like tracts.

the masthead "watchtower" and "awake" are written with a very small lettertype.. they look tiny and they are tiny.. i was thinking: the next version of the magazines are printed on stamp format.. gorby.
