  My Mom Is Dying

  i just wanted to say that my dear 89 year old mom is terminally ill and will soon pass.

  she is on morphine and hanging on.

  she has been a devout witness for about 60 years and a wonderful mother.

  Minimus, I wish you strenght and the power to heal your emotions. We all are more hurt by dying loved ones because we were once sure we all would not die at all.

  Because of these promises the last parts of our live will be emotional with a deeper layer.

  Give your mother all the love you can these days. Think about the other relatives also. And watch yourself.

  Watchtower Society: something terribly going on - scenarios

  if an (aggressive) real estate fund is stopping it's operations directly,.

  and if an publishing house is minimize the portfolio,.

  and if a member of it's board of directors is telling the costs are higher then the profits,.

  and if an publishing house is minimize the portfolio,

  and if a member of it's board of directors is telling the costs are higher then the profits,

  than we now there must be something going terribly wrong.

  So, with the urgent and haste of changing plans in a U-turn, we can conclude that the WTS has:

  1) put their assets safe on the Caymans Islands, protecting it for legal reasons (Australia, VS lawsuits).

  or

  2) have made a terribly mistake with options, high risk investments or theft by one of it's financial advisors.

  or

  3) did have no clue about their assets and made expansion plans without financial advise, now a emergency stop is made.

  So, what do you think, are these reasonable scenarios?

  of course, we were all indoctrinated that the pope is the devil himself.

  but, did you see a gb member or a local wts official ever giving attention to a paralyzed witness?

  of course we were all surprised by the new wts move with the christian life and ministry meeting.. today i googled the term christian life and ministry and got a direct link to evangelical churches.. so, does this mean anything?.

  U.N. United Nations Human Rights Committee and Jehovahs Witnesses have ongoing relationship

  i appreciate the work of the u.n.. jw appreciate and share the values of the u.n. too.. jw-attorneys submit country reports to the human rights committee.

  next session of the hrc will be from 9 october - 6 november 2015 in geneve, switzerland.. human rights committee .

  This is not new, the warm relationship is a long relationship, since +/- the year 2000.

  My opinion is, from a human rights point of view, it is a good thing.

  At the, critical other hand, the Society has to be transparant about it.

  All those hidden semi political connections do not mach with theology and doctrine of our sect.

  Reasons for leak and building stop story

  i have some feeling about the am2015 leak and the recent building stop story going arround.. it wouldn't surprise me that the information is a calculated leak.. - jw's are informal informed about the changes and adopt them informal.. - the building stop influences the concience of jw's for donating more money.. at the other hand, maybe there has occured a financial disaster for example they invested bilions in volkswagen.. gorby.

  today i watched with my lovely wife the first 5 minutes of tv.jw.org broadcasting with the explanation of "this generation".. and then we discussed about the 400 million dollar in the jp morgan liquid asset funds and the new finding, the .

  40 million dollar in a hedge fund at the cayman islands.

  and the expected 1 billion dollar sale of property in brooklyn.. this al combined with the earlier broadcasting about the need of money that the society now has.. we concluded today, that the watch tower bible & tract society of pennsylvania is a shell company like bendini, .
