this is probaly one of my biggest problems i dealt with growing up in the jw crap.. it's no fun growing up alone.. i am sorry, but i hated my parents (probaly from the time i was 13), i know that is mean and a terrible thing to say, but that's how i felt.
i had no respect for them growing up in the borg.
they taught me nothing about ................. having a relationship/dating.
My mother believed, I believed, I taught my children to believe. Nothing new. The Catholics and other religions have been doing that for thousands of years. She was duped, I was duped, my children were duped.
No one to blame really, just a part of life.

if russell , rutherford and even knorr's work is considered misinterpeted, or overzealous, or they didn't have a complete understanding of the scriptures (even though they were of the annoited class).
can or will the same be said 50 years from now about today's publications.. this really intrigues me, i love reading the history of the watchtower and looking back at some of the beliefs and predictions.
i really appreciate the 1975 stuff more today then ever.
Fifty years from now the Watchtower as we know it today will be unrecognizable.
The early 21st century years will be considered a time of revolution and spiritual expansion.
Just my opinion.

russells letters praised the rothschilds money which established jewish colonies in palestine.
russell writes rothschild, "what is needed here, therefore, next to water and cleanliness, is a good government which will protect the poor from the ravenous and the wealthy.

However the Watchtower may try to explain away these historical records, the fact is that the Watchtower organization did a complete turnabout on the issue of the Jews and Zionism.
This never should have happened, Russell was on the right track. imo
