  how would they treat a new convert who has already had one, before he studied with the dubs?

  has anyone thought of posting ads in local papers (we can do that free in some local british ones) to bring together more xjws.

  i ask because there are still millions of people who don't have the internet and still others (such as my older brothers and sisters) who have never thought of looking for xjws on the net.. in the first instance, it could serve the purpose of getting more people signed up and posting on here, but it could also help those on the fringe.. also, i am constantly looking on here for people in my own county i could meet up with and as yet haven't found anyone.

  any ideas?.

  I think if we got our heads together we could come up with something. What I am looking at is a support group, charitable status and hopefully free ad space!

  I finally got glasses!

  btw, i turned 30 thursday nov. 1.. i finally broke down and went to lenscrafters today.

  did the exam and selected transitions lenses.

  when they made the glasses and i tried them on it was awful!

  Steph.... The vasectomy stance is based on the reversibility of the operation. If it is not - they take the view that it is not for Christians. There is no view on contacts which do nothing. Cosmetic laser surgery is up to you!

  Religion vs. Spirituality

  has anyone else noticed that we get a lot of "who has the truth" and "what is the true religion" type messages?

  but you never hear anyone ask something like "how do i develop authentic spirituality?

  What church should I go to now?

  they all have the american flag, crosses, and symbols.

  if i go to the kingdom hall i will just get shunned and i do need association.

  my husband won't let me take my son to a church.

  As you know the word 'church' refers to the people and not the building....so what about hanging out with us here? You have a diverse crowd. Otherwise you could be still getting duped. The WTS aren't the only ones that mislead and manipulate....its a common trait in this field!

  Well as I type this Dbacks have a 4-0 lead and that would normally be enough 2 or 3 Johnson games!

  Larc....those games were amazing! But the Dbacks have to be considered unlucky and they hide the fact that NY have not played that well!

  So if they come back from this(game 6...4 down against Johnson)....I will show my ass at the KH!
