This is still a highly suspicious case. Just because the Court Of Appeal have said what they have said , I would say its a testimony to how the case was handled as to the gulit of the person concerned.

Seating arrangements
by freedom96 inat my hall, everyone seemed to sit in the same area, every single meeting.
for many, it was the exact same seat.
from time to time of course they would encourage everyone to sit in the front rows, and then things would change for a couple of weeks, then everyone would be back where they started.

Kingdom Hall over 200 miles away
by JH inhere in canada, there are people working in areas up north where kingdom halls are hundreds of miles away.
how can a witness attend a meeting, if there are no kingdom halls around him?
that just proves how stupid it is to think that just jw will be saved.
