  help what bookstudy book are we in?

  i am new here and i usually dont come to these type of places as they are rampant with apostates.

  i still belive in most of the teachings but its the people in the org.

  that have turned me away.. the reason that i am posting though is this, i have been inactive for a few months now but i have been holding out telling my parents, friends etc.

  I am concerned that the elders JW's may consider him an acceptable martyr for the cause, and not fully inform him or his family about alternative treatments. If, in fact, they understand themselves what alternatives are allowed.

  Yes, I would never sit down with a witness and hand them the whole package, kit and kaboodle, of why their religion is a bunch of crock. I don't hesitate to warn the uninitiated, however. I agree one question at a time is enough for a faithful JW. Let them stew with it in their own juices.

  Well, I practice daily with my JW honey. It's slow going, since he is an admittedly illogical man. If I prove him wrong, I get tickled. Not a bad tradeoff.

  Also, he won't bet me any more. I say, "Wanna bet? What are the stakes?" He shuts up.

  i just got off the phone with cruzanheart.

  she told me about someone i knew that passed away.

  i don't remember her very well, but i remember she was very nice and very humble.

  Closure is healthy. Shunning is unhealthy. I think visiting her gravesite is a way for you to (((hug))) her and say your goodbyes like healthy people do. I say, go for it! Not stupid at all.

  i just got a call from my baby brother.

  they will be announcing that he has been df'd tonight at the hall.

  he was crying, he has told me that the rest of the family has already started to shun him.

  Bobsgirl, it sounds like you are doing everything right. It is not hard knowing the "right thing to do" when you are motivated by love, is it? You said,
