I'm willing to bet a little something "extra" is added to the tobacco in those ciggies.

Somebody on the Ferrari forum posted that this is not all that uncommon in these countries - and that yes, hashish is often introduced as well as tobacco.

ode to the 192 page book.
once i wondered what life was all about.
i struggled with faith, i struggled with doubt.
I've always wondered what the deal was with the "192 pages" thing.
Somebody at Bethel told me that this was the most efficient way to cut and fold a standard size blank paper to make this kind of book. Thus, no valuable pages were wasted.
It made me wonder if the writing department deliberately edited their stuff to fit exactly into the 192 pages - no less, no more. What if everything on the subject had been said in 185 pages? What if another topic required say 212 pages?
Praise the society - they divinely worked out exactly 192 perfect pages every time.

Everybody is asking - where in the hell are child protective services???
fox news is reporting: bp says the oil flow in the gulf has stopped..
Government spokesman said this morning that the oil flow is stopped. However, BP says the plan is working as expected but that it is too early to say it is completely stopped.
The BP engineers have stopped pumping mud for a while to estimate the flow - to collect data to make a decision on trying to cement it off yet.
In the latest from the White House, Barack Obama's daughter wanted to know if daddy had plugged the leak yet. Daddy Obama was not sure during the press conference whether the director of the governments Minerals Management department had resigned or been fired, so it looks like Barack is really on top of this...
ladies please weigh in.... i am seriously thinking about buying an engagment this summer.
first, we are both early 30's make about the same roughly (50k) a year.. i am thinking getting a decent quality diamond .90 carat on a platinum ring... seems to be about $3800-4500k price wise.. please be honest..... i saw the ring her x gave her.. it was yellow gold with a white gold top where some side stones were and a .66 to center stone was set that was a "gift".
granted she picked it out.. 1. my ring must be way better than the one her x gave her.. 2. i won't propose without a ring so taking her to pick on out is not an option.
OK Cagefighter - I am gone.
Good Luck.

Cagefighter, no offense meant. I WAS just being honest. Your other thread about emotional panics, how she is just opening up to you after six months, and ESPECIALLY the quote above made me ask if perhaps there were some issues.
Not meaning, of course, that perfection has to be attained. But there is no need to compare yourself to her X, or let her do that to you.

Cagefighter, (with all respect to you) - don't you have some serious issues there to settle first?
sometimes people claim than an individual can't change the world, but i guess matthias rust , a 19 year old west german, never heard that one.
in 1987 he flew a private all the way to moscow to plead for world peace and his unbelievable flight probably did more to end the cold war than a bevy of professional diplomats.. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/26/ar2007052601262.html.
i am hoping an idealistic young person will bring down the wt org, too..
We've debated it before. I dig where he's coming from though we've gone about our exit differently. Some others though weren't so hip to his message.
OK, Undercover - probably so. But I too dig the point that a lot of JW dissidents just sit on the fringes for comfort without doing a damn thing - and that they could take a lot more direct action.
For what it is worth, I remember that incident (and had a plane of my own at the time). The general concensus among the private aviation community that I knew was that this was more of a publicity stunt than having anything to do with world peace. We did think is was very cool, though.
Did it really have much to do with ending the cold war? I doubt it - but probably it ended some U.S.S.R. air defence careers for sure.

To make such disparaging remarks about people who don’t want to lose contact with loved ones, shows what a cold and nasty person you really are.
What in the world are you talking about, Broken Promises???
Moshe posted something on a kid who flew a plane into red square, and you come up with THAT???

MSNews has posted this afternoon that BP shares are up over hope that this will work.
