top concerns: good mpg; reliable; in not having major issues like ball joints breaking, timing belts breaking, etc.

I had to buy my quickly after my beloved Merc was written off, the intention was to keep a few months. 2 years later I am still driving it, a 2003 Vauxhall (Opel) Omega 2.2 automatic. It's not economical, it's not fast, but it is reliable and comfortable.

yesterday evening my wife and i were invited to friends house for new year's eve.

we met them when i was a christian and we have kept in touch.

they had a few other friends there as well, including the new church pastor and his wife.

My little sister

my little sister is 14 years younger than me.

she was always special to me, i took care of her, when my mother was working, i carried her around, i comforted her.

we are very similar in our interests for music and literature.. she is in secondary school, an unbaptised publisher.. since i study in the us, we only see each other about once a year.
