by goingthruthemotions inas you know i am still in but have no strong conviction for this cult..but i still go because my wife is still asleep to the false teachings.
for a few months now...when we have family study it is stricly from the bible.
which is great, while we study we are taking the bible as it is, i think it is opening her eyes and how important jesus is.

DHS report Tuberculosis and Scabies Spreading in Migrant Holding Areas
by Jeannette inagents are taking germs home to their families, and excrement is a problem with migrants.
be sure to wash all fruits with soap and water.
wash your hands after touching door knobs, hand rails, and it would be a good idea to keep your distance from them if they have tb.

I first found it when researching for a public talk, realised it was the dwelling place of demunz and quickly closed the window.
The next time was after the Asian tsunami in 2005 when I was somewhat disturbed by the the letter the elders recieved about telling the congregations to contrinute to the worldwide work. Again I quickly closed it.
Then 2009 when I realised that the rest of the body of elders I was serving on were a bunch of self-serving hypocrites I found it again read some the post pertaining to the issue I was facing and the rest is history.

Hello
by lurkernomore ini thought it was high time to introduce myself (without my name of course).
as my name would suggest i have been reading your intriguing post, thoughts and discussions for some time now.
around 3/4 months to be exact.. i guess to start with it would seem fitting to give a little background on my current situation.. i'm a born-in, but have over the last few years found that through a number of varying occurences, (some of which i may discuss in future posts) that my 'zeal' has gone from regular field service and meetings to no service in over a year and very sporadic meeting attendance.

Time off work with friends and family, eating and drinking - why wouldn't I celebrate? If there was an international day for celebrating the birth of Harry Potter I would join in.

Sounds like you have nothing to lose by leaving the cult, and everything to gain.
