  OK this is a 1st

  i remember once upon a time that no christmas advertising or merchandise was spotted until the day after thanksgiving.

  well in the last few years, that semi rule has been set aside.

  but today, 17 days before halloween, i saw a target commercial for christmas.

  Another thumbs up for big Tex. I remember other posts you have made on this subject. Very good job...

  That is very much true that JW's have not a word benificial for a victim of child abuse.

  I guess it is called post traumatic stress disorder. The invisable very contageous desease the JW's pass around one another, and there is no cure...

  I use to think that if there was a true religion the JW organization is the one, but I am beginning to wonder that JW is satins finnal and last straw to use to turn man against God.

  They go around knocking all other religions because theier product is no good...

  If they had the truth then they would have no reason to be offended when some one speaks against them, and most of the time people are not even speaking against them.

  They are just plain nuts

  They are just like the religions they talk about, that they have so much truth just enough to hide the lie...

  If JW's knew what they did to me they would not ask me to come around them.

  Yes I have PTSD and the only way I can escape is to beat some dents out of cars, for there safety that I don't accidently beat some dents in their heads.

  Lucky for JW's I descovered what to do when I see one beat a kid, ( Do not go to an Elder or any other JW member)

  Report it to the DHS... PLEASE!!!

  i remember growing up my mom was very strict.

  i suppose she had to be she was trying to raise 6 kids all by herself.

  i was the oldest boy in my family, but not the oldest.

  My dad always made us boys wear a butch or burr you all call it down south. When my mother left my dad, my mother still wanted us to have short hair but she did not have any control over the matter.

  Please explain 'inactive'....

  is being inactive just not being active in the field service?

  or does it mean not attending meetings also?

  for some reason i thought it only meant not going witnessing.. for instance, years ago i went to every meeting, but not on field service.

  Took a trip and never left the farm

  When I was young my mother left me with some other people my mother thought were christians but were into drugs and alcohal, I got heavily involved and had a lot of worldly friends that were too. I left the state and came back and all my old friends were heavy into meth, and they all are either dead now or in prison.

  I never believed that there would be a day that I could quit but I have. It has been about 10 years sense I quit.

  If wantstoleave still wants to know what shotgun means it is when some one puts the left hand cigarette in their mouth backwards and blows the smoke into yours.

  When I was about 5 we watched this Grizzly bear movie. I convinced myself that I would and could whip up on that bear. I wasn't afraid of no monsters when I was awake but every night in my dreams I had the same monster chasing me until one night I confronted the monster and he left me.

  Have you ever heard of a situation where a speaker had to leave the platform/stage?

  Just hear say on my part, but a relative of mine that was an elder was getting intoxicated before giving talks and slurring his words. He was told to step down as an elder or be DF. He has changed sense, and does not lecture me any more.

  I did see a man at an assymbly giving a talk with his familly collaps, and he was caught before he hit the floor and drug off the stage. Don't know what the deal was but they soon anounced that he was alright.

  There is going to be gambling in the new system of things. I know this because the JW's told me there is going to be a pair of dice.

  I asked an elder "if it were wrong to buy a raffle ticket?" He said that was up to the individual to decide.

  I dicided that it would be alright as long as I don't spend beyond my means or abuse it.

  I see a lottery ticket no different then a raffle ticket.

  I see gambling no different then alcohalism. JW's beleive it is alright to drink alcohal, but not to abuse it,
