  advantage-amazing food at witness get togethers and being part of a larger community

  disadvantage- its all conditional and cramped seats at assemblys lol

  Have the rules changed for inactive people?

  cause i see a bunch of inactive doing disfellowshipping things and its known by the elders and the elders aren't doing anything because they are inactive.... so, just wondering if the rules have changed, or there is more of a loophole somewhere that wasn't there before?.

  I think its all about how much of a "threat" they deem you to be to others. If you lay low dont associate with witnesses and are discreet/dont talk about your experinces or criticize them in any way they'll leave you alone

  We didnt study often before and I made awesome comments I was known throughout the circuit ,sick people on the phone lines would ask where I was if they didnt hear my comments. I was ballin oughtta control.yea I wish I was kidding but i was a total keener and I liked the attention

  I miss the food at congrecation get togethers Old sisters make the best stuff ever o the swedish meatballs the nanaimo bars!! and sure i can make those things myself now but it was funner when other ppl did the work and it was free :-(

  Latest Big Love reaction at the undercover house...

  so i dvrd the last couple of episodes of big love.

  wasn't able to watch them at first broadcast the last couple of weeks.. we've watched this series from it's start and haven't missed an episode.

  as the cultishness of the compound and even bill's family became more central to the story...and the off-hand criticisms of the 'real' mormon church are leveled, i sense mild anxiety at times while watching the show.

  I feel the same way about the show Ive watched every episode now and I feel like its as close to our experince as has been on tv yet.I can relate to all the wives but mostly sarah the daughter just trying to get out and be normal while still having the craziness clinging to her.   The first two I read in grade 10 and they really opened by mind to what really started my intellectual journey to leave the WTS and the last I read in my freshman year of university and adopted a lot of its values or felt it stated the values id personally had for a long time.

  YAY for us!! im getting a tree for this first time this year to.Itll be a smallish one in my bacheloretter pad and I probably wont get any presents but im happy just to be having it.It makes me feel free .Im as excited as a little girl

  i just got a call from jamie this afternoon, saying she found her husband in the bathroom, not breathing.

  i've not had the chance to speak to her, she left me a voice mail.
