Here we go again. The next hate letter from our 2nd Son.

this last monday we got a letter from him telling us how unloving we are because we are no longer jw.

Still totally ADD there was an awake in july 2009 on page 29 that said no one should be forced to worship in a way that he finds unacceptable or be made to choose between his beliefs and his family.

Smiling at a Disfellowshipped JW instead of Completely Ignoring him
by ProfCNJ ini was driving our car going to our assigned territory for our sunday field minsitry (was with jw 2 sisters) when i saw a disfellowshipped jw riding his motorcycle heading towards us.
the guy was df'd around 2 months ago only (won't delve much on his case).
approximately about 10 meters, we saw him smile.

You shouldn't feel good about smiling at him. You should talk to him, he is a human being with feelings. Anyone can even smile at a dog and even pat a dog, but disfellowshipped persons arent even allowed to be acknowledged. What a CULT.

A JW encounter in Hong Kong
by Listener inlast week i was in hong kong on a holiday and ran into some jws.
i was in a large shopping mall and noticed a number of jws holding out a pamphlet to passerbys.
before i knew it there was one walking towards me and stopped right in front of me stopping me from moving forward.. the jw was virtually shoving the pamphlet towards me and said i would like to offer you this pamphlet that directs you to a web site that will answer all your questions that you have about life.

Thats great listener. Im from Sydney, and I had a friend of mine come by the weekend who is an elder. I would like to tell him a few things as he will try and getme back. I don't want to talk really against them as I have kids that are still in and then they wont talk to me. But im sick of the bs they spin.

Stuckin, I know what you mean. I was born in and had lifetime f+riends, but I also had "worldly" friends. And the so called worldly friends are unconditional friends. I also say to my kids that are still in that I love them no matter what!!!!

What would be your favorite job if you could do anything.?
by new hope and happiness inon the basis that most of us realise the w.t wasnt really the best " job" or way to spend our days, it would be fun to find out what people would really have liked to have done with there lifes and if this is still possible.
or maybe its not even a very realistic ambition just a dream.
in my dreams i stay at home all day and make a living from being a professional artist.maybe i need a phycholgist?.

need advice
by search4truth inmy spouse felt a need to tell to elders about me reading apostate websites and speaking against wt stuff , so they'll probably try to readjust my apostate thinking any time soon.
my spuse never see me reading anything but, during our arguments i did't keep my mouth shut and she knows that i had to read it somwhere and it wasn't jw.org.
could this get my in the trouble if my spose is the only witness and never spoke to another person about this stuff ?

What I really hate....
by Perversion of a truth inis that i was born into this cult, taught and believed that i was going to live forever, , that i was never going to have to die.
now i am in my mid 30's realizing that this life is all there is and that after that i am dead forever and i am terrified.
i don't want this to be all there is, , i don't want to just live a few years on this beautiful planet and then become non existent forever!

Perversion, I'm glad you told us about the feelings you have and all the others that have spoken about it. As I thought I was a nut to think that way too.
I remember getting panic attacks in early 1975 when I was 15, thibking I ain't going to survive armargeddon. I have these feelings too that, is this all there is, but as magnum said if there is a creator(which I beleive there is) then there is some hope.
