After reading some comments on here I come back to reajust my statement.... My JW family as far as the good ones heck no I would never tell the I was Apostate!! They probably don't even have a clue I look on this sites etc. As far as they know I may come back in as a JW once I'm married!! Now if they confronted me then that would open a opertunity to preach my beleifs!! But if they had any suspetions they would rather not even want to know this... they would avoid the topic all together. Meaning- "Don't ask I wont tell"

Sorry it took so long to respond but thanks so much Blondie and cult classic. I will... I remember coming a crossed something that had certain parts we over look in the proclaimers book on this site but I can't seem to find it. If anyone has a webpage to suggest or someone’s thread on here I can visit, that will be super helpful.
I don't want to waste to much time reading through so much. I need to focus on helping my mom (soon other family) to see what I see. I did enough research to convince myself but not enough to retain the information. I started out just skimming through stuff and then recording stuff that caught my eye. Now I'm working on putting it into order so I can prove to my family the facts... while holding their attention.
I don't want to discourage them with negativity. I want to make a point that makes sense to them and then have them arouse the questions they had with the "truth" as I have... thus bring them to the realization that I come faced with.

Our Southern Friends- Are you Pissed about the Oil Spill? I Know I Am ...... !
by flipper in......... and i live out here in northern california !
i mean , they go to all that humungous labor, build a huge box to put over the oil gushing out and wham 5,000 ft. deep it gets clogged with ice crystals.
now they are talking about a couple other alternatives in the news- all the while today haliburton, bp, and other reps are meeting with federal officials getting into a pissing match and fight over who is responsible for the spill ?

At first it went up my spin to think omg apostate... no no no i don't want to be considered an apostate it's bad... but now i don't give a cramp what you call me i'm honest and speaking from my heart... i kno more then they realize and prob more then they kno themselves... if i'm wrong tell me and i will fix it. I am an apostate but at least I'm not a hypricite. And I feel free from guilt and pressures... so internally I'm happy and I think that's what counts.

I'm excited for the future.
(I'm thinking in the future... my JW family will have hope, one family member at a time.)
Uncovering the evil secrets the GB covered and shining more light on God is my goal.

Jehovah Witnesses are NOT a bad Cult but man made type spiritual guide
by Butterflyleia85 inwhen i was a jehovah's witness i remember these debates being mentioned about the raps of innocent children that elders commented, the blacks and whites segregation, the crosses and christmas tree in the bethal, etc.
jehovah's witnesses have always been harassed for these things.
with the changing world and knowledge of the scriptures they work hard to try to work towards accurateness.

I finally got to tell my mom about my feeling of the Organization.
She agrees... and is starting to use her brain. Her relization of the abuse caused by the organization rules finally is catching up to her and I think she isn't making as many excuses for the organization... but yet she oddly said she felt the organization had the truth... I had to explain again how could they claim to have the truth with all this flaws... I told her I felt their is alot more christians then we realize.

Jehovahs Witnesses presumptive terms that that they apply to themselves
by Leprechaun injehovahs witnesses presumptive terms that that they apply to themselves: help me point out some more presumptive terms that do manipulate people by hearing it all the time.. .
1. gods clean organization" (as though, they are aware of all hidden secrets within the rank and file at any given moment , and they are arthorized from god to declare someone clean or not clean when in reality it is christ ransom that accomplishes this.).
2. the christian congregation" (as though, no one else can lay claim to being christian or christ like".

The righteous ones!
God's chosen people.
True Christians.
God's organization.
I know I repeated but those are the main ones that come to my mind.

What's The Worst Thing You Know Of That A JW Did?
by minimus inwitnesses are supposed to be "exemplary" and not like the "world".
yet some jws are pretty notorious.. did you know of any jws that did some real bad things?.
i knew a pious witness who got caught twice trying to solicit prostitutes.

I hate mention me but i will just to put it out there. It happened along time ago and I don't dwell on it really but yeah sexual abuse and mom being beaten by dad. Yeah and some how my dad never got Dfed and even went to jail but some how he claims never doing it and not sure if I can beleive him or not because I know my mom's not crazy, I saw him beating mom too. Oh well, that was the past.
Dad has his own family and all I do is pray everythings ok. He feels judged and wishes people would let it go. But something that big to even lie about is pretty hard for people to ignore. So yeah I think he lives with guilt at least.
I have a hard time considering that bad or not... weird. I guess cause I love him still.
Hi voideater! I glad to see your posts always!
