Are you still interested in Mojito recipes? I have some great ones and would be willing to share. I even have Fidel Castro's private recipe I got from a Cuban bartender.
I also feel the Cheesecake's one is not that great because it doesn't make good use of fresh ingredients.
Fresh ingredients, how the flavors are released, and most importantly, how it is savored, equals a nice Mojito.
