  1st evidence: the release of loyal jews from exile, made possible by the fall of babylon, foreshadowed the release in 1919 of anointed christians from spiritual exile.

  2nd evidence: that year marked the beginning of the period when the anointed remnants were released from a form of spiritual captivity to the ideas and practices of false religion.

  although having rejected such false teachings as the trinity and the immortal soul, they were still tainted by babylonish practices.

  Ah ha HA, this explains my wife's behavior today.

  Before the meeting, she and I had a disagreement and she really came across as a bully towards me. After the meeting she seemed calmer and said that she was willing to meet me half way because she needed to become more loving.

  At dinner, she indicated that she held out hope that we would one day be worshipping together. I began to ask probing questions and while she never admitted it, I think she was holding out hope that I would become a witness. I indicated that if one studied the religion to the extent that I did, there is no way one could conclude that this religion was the truth. It has some good teachings, I admit, but it is not the truth. The only way one could view them differently is if they had bought into the lie that this was God's organization and even those who question would not dare cross that line for fear of being destroyed at Armegeddon. The Watchtower has the witnesses captive.

  She disagreed but she could not refute what I was saying.

  i was wondering if anybody might know of a good place to have a birthday party for a 6 year old?

  i reserved a shelter at a nature park with a playground but the ten day forecast is calling for scattered thunderstorms in the area.

  i was thinking of trying a restaurant as a backup, maybe mcdonald's.
